我必须给这家酒店点个赞！一进房间，乾净得让人舒心，服务很好，特别是前台CC，电话手表忘房间了，联系她帮我叫了跑腿给我送过来，服务很好，住得也舒服了，下次还来！

1、酒店风格现代简约，周围小吃很多。
2、房间一尘不染，床品柔软亲肤。
3、早餐丰富美味，还有精致的下午茶。
4、酒店负一层一定数量的免费停车场，先到先得。
5、前台美女小A热情好客，主动协助确认停车场。并且主动询问我们是否需要延后退房。

We stayed at this hotel last year and really enjoyed our experience, so this time was a bit of a disappointment.
First of all, when we arrived at the reception desk there were four clerks present including the manager, but none of them greeted us properly or even smiled. I wouldn’t say they were rude, but they didn’t seem bothered to welcome us at all—just a brief “passports” and that was it. They seemed tired and stressed.
We had the afternoon tea, which was a nice complimentary gesture, but it didn’t offer much: a few croissants, some fruit, and tea or coffee. Still, the room itself was clean and cozy, and the bed was comfortable.
The main disappointment, however, was breakfast. The biggest issue was that we could directly compare it with our previous stay. Last time, the breakfast truly felt like an Australian-style hotel, with a good variety of cheeses, baked goods, and a well-balanced mix of Australian and Chinese options. This time, it was entirely Chinese. The breakfast room was very crowded, it was difficult to find a table or clean forks, and many dishes were already finished when we arrived—even though it wasn’t yet 9:30. On Monday morning the breakfast was better organized as there were not as many people as Sunday morning. I need to mention that we had a late check out and complimentary fruit plate in our room.
Overall, the hotel is clean, compact, and well-located, but it seems to have lost its uniqueness. It now feels much like any other city hotel.

早餐丰富，吃的很多，味道也很不错，床单被罩都很乾净整洁，房间设施很齐全，床很舒适，房间隔音很好，睡觉很舒适

酒店服务很好，有提供下午茶。床软硬适中很舒服，有投屏可以看电视。vr也很好玩，很新奇的体验。附近也有很多吃的，完全不担心晚回去找不到宵夜

房间衞生，早餐丰盛，前台服务态度好
延迟退房至14:30，有叫醒服务，客房服务员打扫衞生及时，临时加水也很周到，周边环境不错，吃喝玩乐购物逛街都非常方便，值得推荐

很好的一次体验，来备考选这个酒店准没错，跟前台提前説一下想要安静的房间。服务态度也很好，可以免费寄存行李延迟退房，还有免费早餐这个待遇简直天花板啊C。这次入住，非常非常非常满意A+

在广州无意寻到这家酒店，开始还没有抱希望，结果到5楼的大堂一看即刻决定住下，大堂太温馨了，想家一样，前台X先生为我们详细介绍周边的美食，并且酒店还有自己的地下停车场，免费停车，对自驾太友好了。下次再来还选它。
