酒店邻近婚纱街，和朋友过来挑选婚庆用品挺方便，店内环境舒适，前台小伙阿乐服务态度热情耐心，会根据客人不同需求介绍着各类实惠房型，前台小妹小连入住办理迅速快捷，这次给安排的能够看到江的房间不错，乾净整洁十分满意，晚上夜景也十分漂亮，大大点赞??有机会会继续过来入住，多谢热情招待

入住天一酒店的体验非常棒！首先，酒店的地理位置十分优越，交通十分便利，无论是地铁还是公交线路都在附近，出行非常方便。房间的视野也让我感到惊喜，可以俯瞰城市的美景，晚上还能看到璀璨的夜景，感觉非常惬意。此外，酒店提供的自助洗衣房设施齐全，操作简便，对于长时间出差的我来説，这个服务非常贴心，让我可以轻松处理个人衣物，省去了不少麻烦。房间内部整洁舒适，床铺柔软，睡眠质量很好。工作人员服务热情周到，每次遇到问题都能迅速得到解决。
总的来説，天一酒店无论是交通、视野还是附加设施都让我非常满意，下次有机会还会选择这里。强烈推荐给需要的朋友们！

This hotel left a very negative impression on me. I would give it a -50 rating if I could.
Firstly, the hotel rooms are old and shabby. The floor is covered with a material that looks like it was peeled off the skin of an ancient human and then peed on. The beds are also in poor condition. There are centipedes in the room that are about 15 cm long, which adds to the unpleasant experience.
Secondly, the hotel charges a fee for parking, even though it is not owned by the hotel. They just put up cones and decided to collect them from their guests. This is not in line with the standards of a normal hotel.
Thirdly, the windows are dirty from the outside and no one cleans them so there is no light in the room. This creates additional inconvenience and makes the living conditions worse.
But the most unpleasant thing is that I was robbed both in the room and at the reception. About $130 was stolen in the room and they asked for a deposit at the reception. I was surprised, because during my three months in China, I changed about 30 hotels, and none of them asked for a deposit. But here, they told me that they only accepted cash. I didn't have 300 yuan in cash, so I paid 300 dollars.
In the morning, when I had to leave for Moscow at 7:00, I checked out at 3:00. I asked for my deposit back, but they told me that there was no deposit. I called a friend in China, and he called the police. The police officer came, talked to the hotel staff, and left. I went to the airport without any money.
This experience left me very disappointed and with a negative impression of the hotel. I would not recommend it to anyone.

公务学习，临时住，住了3天，房间靠近电梯早上有点吵，服务很好，有求必应，无充电线前台马上安排，水壶有锈，马上换，衞生打扫勤快，晚上夜景很美，附近吃的很多，也好吃。

安排家人朋友到广州，今次选择了天一酒店，看中酒店就在地铁旁边，出行很方便，能看见广州塔小蛮腰，周边本地美食都很多，前台服务经理海林，服务好，为我们特意挑选了家庭房，一张大床一张小床，适合我们要求，房间乾净衞生，据説这个房间是隐藏款，要提前预约。

房间设备齐全，符合出游所需，地理位置理想，距地铁近，周边餐厅多，也有盒马等大商场。本次入住时间长，感觉还是很不错的。尤其是21号晚七点左右，临时到酒店前台订房，前台的接待人员非常友好热情，根据要求合理安排了较满意的房间！那天为她拍了照，可惜手机出故障找不出了。

电梯数量够，大厅明亮，市区核心地段，这个价位非常公道，一出门就是地铁站，有各种配套，马路对面有盒马超市，麦当劳肯德基，瑞幸咖啡，各种茶餐厅。步行到珠江边10分钟左右，还带朋友游船，体验广州之美。

我觉得清远这家民宿装修最好看了，而且他附近还有很多的房源都是装修都很不错。
这次住的很满意，下次再试试其他风格的哈哈哈

下面是个大工地，早餐不到八点开始吵闹，晚上12:00前，拉土车一直在工作。服务态度不错，住的房间靠近电梯，隔音不好，会一直听到电梯上下的声音。订的房不带早餐，对早餐情况不了解
