酒店位置很好，周围交通很方便，酒店门口还有免费停车，这点很合我意。房间设施挺好的，乾净整洁，床垫柔软舒适，还配有浴缸，可以泡澡。配套很齐全，点外卖还有机器人送上门！早餐品类很多，味道不错，各方面都很用心。楼层工作人员很热情，前台服务态度好，办理入住退房都很细致，尤其是leah小姐姐。下次来还会选择嘉华酒店。

新年马拉松选择嘉华酒店！客房设施人性化，办公桌宽敞，灯光柔和不刺眼，早餐提前供应及时，热菜保温到位，中式点心新鲜现做，还有免费咖啡和果汁，餐厅Judy 服务专业高效，撤盘及时不打扰用餐。

商务出行选对了嘉华！客房空间开阔，办公区布局合理，高速wifi和舒适座椅提升效率，健身房器械保养得当，泳池水质清澈。早餐档口琳琅满目，热菜、甜品一应俱全，现煎蛋香气扑鼻，餐厅Judy服务响应迅速，全程体验超舒心。

嘉华的细节太圈粉！房间床品是知名品牌，躺卧舒适，洗漱台双台盆设计超实用，备品香气清新。早餐品类丰富，本地特色小吃和时令水果应有尽有，餐厅水晶吊灯明亮大气，服务员Judy 主动帮忙打包跑完马松松吃的点心。
跑马订的酒店，前台入住办完就可以在旁边领小礼物，是针织小提包，上面还别有立体小花，日常出个门带着都很不错。里面装有香蕉??、肌贴、能量胶和湿巾，真的都是跑马实用的东西。??酒店大堂内还设有增城马拉松合照主题背景，适合打卡拍照。晚餐去了2楼中餐馆吃炒饭和叉烧，量很大，2个人都吃不完，口味的话都很不错，尤其是那个炒饭真的好吃。1楼晚上还有自助餐开放，希望下次去的时候可以打卡。酒店周围交通吃饭也很方便，地铁口很近，旁边就是万达商场，吃的喝的玩的到处都是。

订这酒店是因为要跑粤港澳大湾区女子半马拉松，很惊喜的是这酒店竟然有个位置取礼品包。
入住是，还upgrade我房间到15楼而且比较偏静。酒店还有gym room。房间设备齐全，洗手盘附近除了有洗手液，还有润肤液，很贴心。亦有拖鞋浴袍供应。
跑完半马，当然想返酒店冲凉才吃lunch，服务员称可安排稍迟退房，服务态度一流，值得推荐。

I just had to write a review for this absolute gem of a hotel. From start to finish, our experience was nothing short of perfect, and it has set a new standard for what I expect from hospitality.
First and foremost, the cleanliness was impeccable. As someone who is very particular about hygiene, I was thoroughly impressed. Our room wasn't just surface-level clean; it was spotless. The bathroom gleamed, the linens were fresh and smelled wonderful, and you could tell every nook and cranny received proper attention. The common areas, including the lobby and elevators, were maintained to the same high standard throughout our entire stay. It provided such a sense of comfort and peace of mind.
The staff are the heart of this hotel. Every single person we interacted with—from the warm welcome at the front desk, to the cheerful housekeeping team in the halls, to the knowledgeable concierge—was exceptional. They are courteous, professional, and genuinely seem to care about making your stay memorable. We had a small request for extra pillows, and they were at our door in under three minutes with a smile. That level of service is truly remarkable.
Finally, the convenience of this location cannot be overstated. It's situated within easy walking distance of the main shopping district. We were able to explore so much without ever needing a car. Despite its central location, our room was incredibly quiet, allowing for restful nights.
I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. It’s a rare find that excels in every category that matters. We will absolutely be returning on our next visity

早餐值得一试，前台服务人员态度非常好，还有游泳池，房间很干净浴室和卫生间都是独立的，赶上的活动活动很热闹，工作人员都特别好说话，一楼前台有免费的冰柠檬水

早餐还不错虽然去的时候有点晚但该有的都有。万达广场就在附近，也挺方便的，从二楼可以直接从穿过去。刚好过去升级了房源，非常喜欢😘
