We love our stay here!! The people is so warm, even though we could not speak Mandarin. Room was comfortable & breakfast was delicious

管家小姜服务超赞！到店帮提行李～全程热情周到，还送晚安汤与下午茶，聊天也很愉快！也很照顾我们的感受！细节满满，体验感满分！酒店的风景也很不错哦，虽然这次有点雾，但是下次还想再来看一看这里的美景～

酒店环境超级好，配套设施多，房间衞生乾净，管家小涛特别用心，服务到位，还有特别是餐厅的菜做得特别好吃，值得推荐，下次还会来。

这次住店真的让我彻底被暖到了。尤其是管家曹曹 原本只是随口提了一句要过生日，没想到酒店的工作人员居然记住了，还悄悄给我准备了惊喜。
回到房间那一刻，看到桌上摆着蛋糕、长寿麪，还有生日蜡烛的时候，真的有点被“情绪价值”拿捏住了。那种被认真对待、被祝福的感觉，一下子就上来了。更没想到的是，他们还贴心地帮我升级了房型，让整个生日都变得更像是一场被精心安排的小庆祝。
从前台到客房服务，每个人都特别真诚、特别有温度，让我觉得不是在住酒店，而是被照顾着、被重视着。
总之，这次体验超出预期太多了。以后来这座城市，我一定还会住这里。真的很感谢他们，让我的生日变得这么特别。???

This homestay is heaven on earth!?? The location is nestled between the beauty of nature and the beauty of what man can create, the astonishing baling bridge.
The hotel is far from the city and restaurants but the staff do tell you that in advance so they can prepare lunch and dinner for you. I found it to be the perfect escape in nature?
The staff were so friendly and helped with everything I needed.
Loved this stay and would definitely come back in the future.??????
