We had a wonderful stay at this hotel . The staff were helpful, friendly, and attentive, making me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived.
The hotel itself has a beautiful traditional Chinese artistic charm — from art paintings to the calming presence of tea culture. My room offered a stunning full river view. The overall environment felt very homey and tranquil, making it an ideal place to relax.
Another great advantage is its location — it’s conveniently close to major tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the area.
Overall, I’m satisfied with my stay and would definitely choose to come back again. Highly recommended!

Beautiful resort, even though it’s in nature, every taxi can reach it within 2 minutes. Only 15 minutes by car to the city centre. A great breakfast and excellent bed. Friendly English speaking host and beautiful lobby with art and tea room. Beautiful terras next to the lake.

Great stay by the lake. Our room had a lovely view. Service staff was great and very attentive. We had our dinners here and food was delicious as well. We also did the tea sampling ceremony and enjoyed ourselves and our chat with the receptionist.

Highly recommend Heshe Hotel for a leisurely trip to Guilin for sightseeing! The views around the lake and from the room were spectacular, and much more peaceful than the city centre though still not being too far away. The front staff were all so kind and you can tell they really want to make your stay as smooth and comfortable as possible, and they also spoke very good English if you're a foreign visitor! We also borrowed their bikes on our last morning and biked the trail to a small neighbouring village which we would also recommend ??

We had a perfect stay at Heshe lakeside resort ! Melody and all the stuff were great ! They make sure the guests are comfortable and give you the best advices to enjoy your stay here ( the drivers were so nice and helpful) and we hope we will come back someday !

Highly responsive and well catered to our needs and requirements. Would recommend to anyone thinking of finding an accommodation in the area. Front desk was very helpful with all our queries. Around 15 mins drive to main city areas, so not super central but Didi in the area is very convenient, had no issue to get a Didi at any time.

这是我的全国所有民宿当中入住条件，衞生以及景色最好的民宿了。，这里的老板及前台服务人员服务非常热情周到。，关键是这边的风景非常秀丽，在这里度假。非常惬意。

Excellent hotel to relax and enjoy with the family. Very clean, excellent service. If you are looking for an hotel with a lot of movement and noise, this is not your place, slightly far from town, but this is the big pro when you are looking for a place to relax after the trip around Guilin. Highly recommend to hire the trip in the hotel to the Longji rice terraces and minority village
