Even though we stayed for only one night and our booking did not include breakfast (because we had to leave very early the next morning), the hotel staff treated us extremely well. The receptionist kindly upgraded our room for free and also allowed us to have breakfast at the hotel without any extra charge, which was a very pleasant surprise.
The location is excellent, especially for travelers using the train. The hotel is very close to Guilin Railway Station, and since there is no subway in Guilin, this made our travel much easier and more convenient.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The hotel provided all the necessary amenities and accessories we needed. The interior design is modern but cozy, making the stay relaxing even for a short time.
Overall, the service was warm, thoughtful, and beyond expectations. I really appreciated the kindness and flexibility of the staff. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Guilin, especially those who need a convenient location near the railway station.

果然名不虚传！衞生乾净整洁，床品和洗漱用品都很新。前台服务人员态度超好，办理入住退房快捷，还会主动帮忙提行李。酒店地理位置优越，环境安静舒适。设施齐全且维护得好，空调静音、网络流畅，住得很舒心～

超赞的一次入住！衞生做得超到位，房间角落都乾乾净净，没有异味。前台服务人员热情又高效，有需求响应很快。酒店环境安静不嘈杂，周边交通便利。设施齐全，床品舒适、热水充足，乾湿分离的衞生间很实用，性价比拉满～

酒店地理位置特别好，离火车站很近。离美食区铁西也很近，到了东西放下就去玩很方便。
酒店服务很好，下雨天特别提醒我可以免费烘洗衣物，太贴心了，事事有回应，点赞??
最后一张图是酒店的自助餐厅，视野很nice。

选择这个酒店，距离桂林火车站只有十分钟的路程，周边有很多美食，房间衞生乾净，早餐在12楼的餐厅，设施设备齐全，洗衣机房，有客房姐姐专门帮忙洗衣服，环境好，前台服务热情，退房还给赠送两瓶水，值得推荐
