  酒店的位置好，桂林北站出站步行10分钟即可到达，房间宽敞明亮，乾净舒适，早餐很丰盛，酒店周边有许多小吃店，吃饭非常方便，前台的服务态度好！非常愉快的一次入住体验！

  酒店离高铁站挺近的，步行几分钟就到了。服务也特别热情，订的双床房还给我们升级了豪华双。前台小谢帅哥很热情回答了我们很多问题谢谢，还看到了很多很贴心的小物件，可供有需求的女生。离店前，还有小礼品冰箱贴送。这次住宿总体来説很满意。

  两百多一晚的梦中情房了，环境好，设施好，打开窗帘可以看到远处的山，去景点也很方便，去高铁站走十分钟就到。服务员耐心接待，而且清洁阿姨服务态度也很好，下次肯定还会选择丽枫。比贵州酒店便宜多了，贵州三百多一晚的还没这个环境好

  Newly renovated , some floor still under renovation. Not easy to find the hotel location. Front desk service could be more helpful.

  The location of the hotel is very close to the train station and long distance bus station. Super convenient! Rooms are spacious and clean. There are convenient stores and eateries nearby, as well as a big supermarket inside a medium sized mall. We had some issues/complaints and management was very quick in responding and resolving the problem.? If you enjoy a cup of tea, do bring your own, since Lavande does not provide teabags for basic room types, even though it says on their website that they do.

  Room was very spacious and clean. Allowed me to check in early. The wall-controlled shade and curtain is a nice touch. You have to insert your room card into the wall slot for power. I also utilized the communal washing machine, which is a nice amenity.
