酒店的环境很好客房衞生很乾净，而且酒店的服务人员态度很好，人很亲切，一家人都感觉特别棒的入住体验，下次来桂林还会选择这家酒店。

整体的入住体验还是非常不错的，安排的房间很大，很宽敞，服务人员都很热情，楼顶还有观景台，环境非常不错，去哪里都好方便，推荐下次还会入住

酒店工作人员都非常的贴心与热情、给升级了房型、多送一份早餐、还给我们了一些旅行建议和攻略、提出的需求都得到了满足、房间很大、衞生乾净、值得推荐

13楼的大堂很漂亮，还能看到桂林全景。
前台小姐姐帮免费升级了大房间，前台的欢迎小零食也不是平常的薄荷糖，是小朋友最喜欢的山楂片和小麻花，把他高兴的不行。
酒店的地理位置也很适中，坐公交车3站到象山景区，1站到靖江王府，到桂林北站也就6站，打车没有超过20元的。

I had such a wonderful stay here! The room was very clean and comfortable, and the location was great. The front desk staff were extremely cheerful, friendly, and helpful. They were also very thoughtful throughout my stay, which made the experience even more special. Breakfast was not bad and there was a variety - value for money considering that it is included with the room.
Overall, I truly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Guilin!

I am indeed impressed by BOYARD Hotel’s（桂林漓江泊雅酒店～两江四湖店) customer relationship management. They really reserved my requested guest room 1206 upon my return trip from Yangshuo. Many thanks to the customer service staff, namely [晶晶&小萍] for their attention to details. Credits also go to the previous two hotel staff who attended to me on Dec 27 Saturday morning.
Highly recommend BOYARD Hotel to all travellers intending to visit Guilin. Not only they have clean and spacious guest rooms, they also have a beautiful Sky Garden where you can get a good view of the surrounding mountains. Well done BOYARD Hotel for enhancing Guilin’s good reputation as a desired travel destination in China.

Room was spacious, clean and very well equipped. Breakfast was delicious and midnight congee was a treat Some portions of the hotel were under renovation (sky lounge and self-serve laundry area), but the hotel did our laundry within a couple of hours at no extra charge. My husband enjoyed the soaker tub and there was a great view of the mountains and the new year eve fireworks! Will definitely stay here again.

前厅的思思和萍萍接待的，非常贴心周到热情，给我们升级了亲子房，亲子房也非常的大。停车很方便，充电桩设施齐全方便。是一个旅游城市该有的服务体验，很赞??????还会再来。
