  很多年前来桂林住的就是桂林宾馆，老牌酒店位置无可挑剔，楼下就是榕湖，早晚散步都非常舒服，步行去象山也不远。这次入住还很惊喜地升级到了湖景阳台房，在房间里风景就尽收眼底，所有服务人员态度都很亲切热情，以酒店现在的定价，性价比拉满，非常推荐！

  地理位置优越，距离各个景点近；房间里消毒水味道太浓，晚上回来后睡觉给我薰的??，觉得太晚了懒得麻烦一想算了，用在阳朔酒店赠送的香薰喷了几下才好点；这么大的宾馆早餐没有咖啡机也是醉了，一想前几天入住有的啊，尽管不好但也不至于没有，估计给开会那边的早餐厅用了吧；早餐厅服务员那个脸跟欠了她们八百万似的，苦大仇深的，而且早餐厅地毯、桌面不乾净，导致都没有食慾了；房间晚上打电话多要几瓶矿泉水，和我説最多两瓶再多要收费了，全季酒店每晚都给放八瓶矿泉水，你这么大的桂林宾馆就这么抠门儿，也是醉了！只有用心的企业才会赢得客户的信任和认可

  Nice classic decor room. Not located in the hot spot, but taxi is easily accessible. Toiletries can be improved to align with the nice classic room decor. Wall mount toiletries may be considered for environmental friendly. I was surprised when our laundry could only be delivered after payment. Initial deposit at time of check-in may also be considered to avoid such incidentals. Overall, the service is good and staff is courteous.

  Great clean hotel. The service was great. They were able to help with our requests. Rooms are clean, bathrooms are nice. Only thing is the TV only has Chinese channels. Would be nice to get some international channels for news or movies. Pool is clean and comfortable.

  The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the lake and city centre. The amenities were excellent, and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a mix of western and Chinese cuisine. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Overall, this was an excellent value for money.
