这次入住真的给我们带来了太多惊喜。前台小李快速专业的办理入住，每一个细节都让人感到舒适。房间比想象中更宽敞明亮，床品柔软亲肤，一夜无梦到天亮。尤其要表扬酒店的细节，迷你吧的饮料选择很用心，衞浴用品是知名品牌，香味高级。下次来这个城市，这里绝对是唯一选择！

真的要好好夸夸这家酒店！没想到随便订下的 居然这么好！整个入住过程特别愉快放心，特别夸夸办入住的前台小赵 温温柔柔的 问什么问题都耐心解答 认真负责 因为现在是淡季 还为我免费申请了早餐 让人感觉特别温暖～另外，前台还有自助茶水 我入住的时候居然有红糖姜茶！非常很贴心 真的有让冷冷的秋天又多了一丝温暖！前台还放置了免费的矿泉水 供客人拿 真的很难不被这家酒店这些细节所打动！房间也和图片一致 房间非常乾净 房间也大 采光很好 明亮宽敞 让人一进房间感觉就很好！整个酒店的工作人员都很有礼貌 见到都会主动打招呼 笑眯眯的 赞！早餐品种丰富 也很好吃哦 酒店位置也很好 楼下就是万象城 买什么东西都很方便 停车也很方便 车位也很多 总而言之 我对这次的住宿体验感到非常满意。无论是服务、设施还是位置，都令人印象深刻。我会毫不犹豫地推荐这家酒店给我的朋友和家人。如果你在桂林想寻找一家优质舒适的酒店，这家绝对是你的首选！五星好评！强烈推荐！

So far the best hotel we’ve stayed in China. It’s located in MIXC shopping center and has a lot of restaurants and shops just outside of the hotel.
The hotel itself is on the 5th floor of the bloc on the right side. As you enter turn right to the elevators.
We got upgraded as the room was not ready for our early check-in. The staff tried their best to accommodate us and ensure we had comfortable stay. Fresh fruits everyday, more water bottles if requested. Free laundry on the 5th floor. No smoking odor in the room and corridors.
Just one thing is that it’s mysteriously cold in the room even in 30 degrees outside. We even had to turn on the air conditioner on heating. But I think it rather serves as a proof that the air ventilation works just right. Can recommend with 100%!

Loved the room! The view was magnificent. And huge also.
Next to mall, so super convenient. Regret we don’t have time to stay for another night.
Dint take the breakfast photo cos we were rushing to checkout for cruise pickup to Yangshuo. But the lady was very helpful and let us take whatever were cooked eventhough the breakfast time not yet started. All in all good stay.

The place was very clean and had all the amenities provided! The manager and staff were all super helpful and very friendly and accommodating. I needed to go to Yangshuo and with the help of the manager, he was able to get me the cruise ticket I wanted at a good price and helped organized my private car to the terminal very smoothly. He was very patient with me and so was the staff. I was very impressed with their hospitality and their service. Moreover the location is right next to the mall and is surrounded by tons of restaurants; it’s also very easy to reach the local attractions.

Amazing hotel and service. During our trip we stayed in 2 other hotels which were 5 star HOTELS, and I have to say， mandala was by far the best! We actually came back to it for our last days of the travel. It is great for the price!
Staff is really nice and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect, next to a mall and lots of restaurants.
The room was nice and cosy, super clean, I am a freak when it comes to cleanliness, this hotel exceeded my expectations.
We had a great view. We received a bowl of fruits each day, and new bottles of water. The room was cleaned each day and they placed new towels, soap, body foam etc.
The breakfast was delicious, lots of options to choose from.
I would highly recommend it. If ever we are travelling to guilin again, for sure we are staying here!
Oh and the mattress was super comfortable!
We want one for our home!
