酒店位置地理位置非常优越，在火车站的附近，我们下了动车，直接步行过来，八分钟时间就可以到达，他们家有个大型的停车场，还有充电桩，前台服务态度非常友好热情，房间乾净衞生，配套齐全，特别是它的早餐非常丰富，性价比超高，十元一位，体验感不错

住了这么多酒店，极少碰到如此极品的，完全没有一点服务行业的意识，前台服务相当恶劣，大概她觉得我不住这家，就得流落街头了！任何一家酒店如果碰到顾客遗落的物品都会通知并保管好吧？这家的不是，顾客希望他们帮把东西放到前台保管也非得顾客回来自己处理，我也是醉了，无非就是多花几十块钱打个车，坚决差评到底，説的**点，怪不得会生意这么差，迟早倒闭！希望看到这条评论的不要踩坑！本人**黑金二级用户，极少给差评的，实在忍不住了，

前台服务非常好，入住的时候很细心各种细致提醒；客房大姐也很有礼貌，只要见到大姐就会礼貌打招呼，很专业必须点赞。房间很乾净，价格实惠，酒店不但有免费的停车位，竟然还包含自助早餐，其中的米粉很好吃，汤调得很好很鲜。这个价位来説，性价比超高，真的远远超出我的预期，下次还会再来????????

It was really a really nice stay. Close to the railway, it took us 5 minutes to get there after we arrived. Clean hotel, the receptionist was really nice. We also booked the breakfast at the reception and it was really good, a topical Chinese breakfast and the lady who took our breakfast ticket was really nice to us! I recommend this hotel

What a nonse hotel is this. Employees are beyond crazy for making us pay 50 yuan for a "lost key". Would I recommend to stay? Surely not. I stayed in many hotels. Never encountered such an experience. I would recommend the hotel to contact me and pay me back.

Very convenient. Hotel is opposite Guilin Railway station via underpass.
Hotel is old and quite dark but the room is bright, heater is warm and working well. Water pressure is good in shower.
