  门僮小哥超热情，看到我们拎着行李箱立刻上前帮忙，一路微笑引导到前台，办理入住全程不到3分钟，效率满分！Stacey服务也很到位，帮忙延迟退房时间。还有酒店的恒温泳池，水质乾净，旁边还有救生员全程看护，游泳小白也能放心玩水。

  The ambiance of the hotel is superb, particularly my room was fronting onto the convention centre next door. The architecture of which is unique n excellent. The hospitality of the hotel staff is top notched, especially a front manager Stacey.

  Excellent facilities. Excellent amenities. Excellent service. Excellent location. And most of all, I was truly impressed with the service and friendliness of Bianca (Guest Relations Manager). Bianca made sure my arrival and check-in were smooth. Likewise, Bianca arranged for delightful in-room welcome amenities to ensure my stay was comfortable. I am very grateful for Bianca’s hospitality - my stay was a fantastic experience. I look forward to visiting the hotel and Guiyang again!

  Stacey Gan Mandy Liu and William are all great. Very friendly. The breakfast is great and the view is splendid. I only come here when I’m in Guiyang.
