Good location. Walking distance to tourist spot 甲秀楼. A lot of authentic small restaurants nearby. Easy transport to high speed railway station Guiyang Bei. Hotel staffs are friendly. Room facilities are a bit dated, but overall good.

Excellent hotel and beautiful lobby. I was here for 4 days and enjoyed the long swimming pool everyday (almost 25 m long). Location is great, close to People Square and a couple of minutes to an alley of restaurants and various eateries in the other direction. Breakfast buffet was very good. The only thing I did not like was the type of music that was played in the breakfast area, it would be more suited to a late afternoon Happy Hour or to a night lounge… something a bit more relaxing would be wished for. Other than that, I loved this hotel. Very good value for the price. Highly recommended.

我住的3111号房硬件设施陈旧，洗手间瓷砖缝隙发霉，洗手枱靠近出水口的大理石麪已经老化变白。吹风筒应该是摔过很多次，后面的网已经要掉出来了，影响使用体验但功能正常。五星级酒店使用的牙具和白色塑料梳子与廉价的民宿同等。酒店房间较小，老式浴缸泡不下全身，雨露花洒不好使，无法单独使用雨露花洒。使用莲蓬头的时候，雨露花洒又会点滴的漏水，漏的水是冰凉的。
不错的是位置十分便利，服务很好，还帮我们安排了甲秀楼景观的房间。入住手续办理很丝滑顺畅。
总体来説中规中矩，硬件急需更新， 整体觉得没有达到喜来登的标准，同样价位不会选择再住。

I really enjoyed my stay at Sheraton Guiyang. I had a very nice spacious room with a separate bathroom (ie not open plan); the staff were always very helpful. The concierge working the forecourt was terrific. I will very likely stay here again in the future.

酒店位置很好，去哪里都方便，在房间里就能看到甲秀楼，下楼就可以逛街，酒店虽然老旧一些，但是衞生还是不错的，不过这个价位的酒店洗漱用品可以在用心一点，品质大不如从前，精减了很多！

对于老牌喜来登来説酒店的设施虽然比较老旧，但品牌品质以及硬件设施标准还是过硬的，地理位置优越，隔着阳台玻璃就能看到白宫和海豚广场。早餐丰富，味道很好，服务到位。不过衞生细节方面还得加上强，吹风机拿出来还挂着头发！衞生间也没有脏衣篮，用过的毛巾无处堆放。

Although dated .. still rather comfortable .?
We were given high tea upon arriving . Great breakfast catering for both oriental ?and western . Mr Ting ?丁, serves and speaks ?English at breakfast room … saving my husband ( 老外) from adding sour cream into his cereal !?
One disappointment with the Cantonese restaurant . The roast platter was full of fatty meat . But the manager was very kind , upon complain and us not eating it , he took the price off the bill .?
Will still recommend .

The location of the hotel is perfect, it is located in the center of the city, just close to the subway station. The services are at high level. The food at the third floor is expensive but the taste is average.
