I really like this place, it has smart features, turn on Air conditioning using voice command, TV on/off, volume, lights, curtains etc. ( first experience ), it 3 STARS hotel with 5 STARS technology.
the toilet seat is warm ( first experience ). breakfast is average but reasonable considering the price.
if you prefer some hot soup noodle or rice, walk 300-400m down the road, quite easy to find.
The location is so convenient, there are many buses to take, can go Qi Lou Old Street at RM1, and Night street market, most buses only RM1.
Love this hotel, with so many shops and nice places surrounding it

The hotel amenities are great. Except for the sink that was leaking on the floor when I washed my hands. I had to wash my hands in the bathroom. ??
The rooms are spacious and full of light.
The location isn't so bad, traffic can be a bummer but all in all it's manageable.
It is worth what you pay for tbh. Even more if I dare say.
I was surprised that the price was so cheap yet the place was so nice. Really mind-blowing stuff.
All in all, a solid 4/5.
If they fix the sink, I'll come back and give them a 5.??

Room was clean, with the price i’m paying, am rlly satisfied. it’s a smart room, u just have to tell the robot and they will off the lights / tv / curtain for u.

Staff were helpful to foreigners, but one lady at the desk was a little rude, the other two ladies were lovely. Hotel is super nice and I love the little delivery robot.

Great service. Hotel staff were always helpful and patient with using translation apps to communicate.
Clean rooms, somewhere to wash and dry clothes was a plus.
Breakfast wasn’t amazing but was included in the room price. it was easy to order food to the hotel and the robot delivered to the rooms

I really like this hotel and will definitely come back the next time I'm in Haikou. The staff are super. As I got stuck in Haikou due to Covid shut down their kindness really helped me during this stressful time. I made an error on the rating as I had only given a 4 on amenities. However, I realized at this price point the rating should be a 5 out of 5. I recommend this wonderful hotel to anyone looking for reasonably priced accomodations.

I spent just 2 days in Haikou and the location of the hotel was super convenient for what I was interested in exploring. It was about 15min away from the old town by public bike. And about 25 minutes from Haikou Bay. The breakfast was fresh on both days and delivered on time. The staff was also very friendly. And the viw from the room was very nice!

The location of hotel is really convinient, it is situated right in front of bus stop. Baishamen park, old street and walking embankment are really close to the hotel.
?? The room is really nice and spacious, and it was quite fun to play with 'smart home' assistant, who is called 'Xiaodu'.
?? The stuff is really helpful and friendly, and the nice little robot delivers your order to your room, which is also quite entertaining!
?? Breakfast is descent, and quite diverse. And there is a set for an afternoon tea on your window.
?? There is a SPA on the top floor, and you can find plenty of different food options in 2 minutes walk around the hotel.
??The only thing - is a poor sound insulation, as you can hear upper neighbors taking shower. It is not that disturbing, but for someone it can be critical.
Highly recommend, probably, will stay here next time.
