酒店设计不错，但实际使用很一般。房间临街，虽然双层玻璃，但早上还是很吵，阳台属於观赏性质，不实用。很多硬件不好用，马桶渗水，电视投屏需收费，床头易移动，手机会掉进去…
早餐很难吃，种类很少。

这家酒店是我们家这次到海南旅游住的最满意的一家，从环境到衞生到服务再到配套设施，都能感受到他们的用心。
我们订的是派对房，房间很新很漂亮，是南洋风，而且很大！一家四口住进去都觉得大，衞生也做得很好，没有异味。四楼就是餐厅，菜品和口味都不错，在那里吃了两顿，还有一顿刚好赶上单依纯和田馥甄的粉丝歌友会，都唱得很好听??特别要点名表扬的是他们的服务，不管是前台也好、餐厅也好，服务态度满分??！下次要是来海口，我还住这家，推荐！

房间非常新，除了刚开始空调有点问题，有点不太满意，但是一个戴耳机的电工师傅跑来跑去非常耐心的解决和安抚，还给我们拿了水，这个好评，就是给这个师傅的，希望老板看到表扬一下！

新酒店很乾净，房间里东西也很齐全，交通也方便旁边有商场也有夜市，可以吃晚饭也可以逛逛。前台服务业很热情。小姐姐们都好温柔。停车也方便还有充电桩。外出旅游非常舒心，值得推荐，赞一个！
