The hotel host was really friendly and the prepared a little goody bag for us which contains eyes mask, hand lotion etc. it was so thoughtful. Hotel room has been renovated so is consider very modern. Hotel located 1 min from the “square” where the night clubbing take place. Very centrally located. Breakfast served very cosy home cook food which warm your heart. Kind of pity we only stay for a night. Will choose this hotel again if we will to come back.

The property is quite close to the shuttle drop off point and the Snow Town stone point. This made it quite easier to reach. The staff at the property are so jolly and nice. They were one of the best people we met on the trip. The room was heated to the full which was a bit uncomfortable but that was okay.
I was however disappointed on not having the fire under the bed since we wanted to experience that but overall the rooms had the local vibes. The washrooms are fitted with modern fittings and is designed well.

I just wanted to take a moment to share my incredible experience at Snow Mushroom Hotel. Our stay was nothing short of fantastic, but what truly made this trip unforgettable was the amazing support from the hotel staff.
From the very beginning, they arranged all our travel needs, including car rentals and a wonderful driver who also acted as our guide. Wang Jingyu was our primary contact at the hotel, and his excellent communication skills in English made everything even smoother. They also accommodated my food preferences, which added a personal touch to our experience. Their attention to detail and personalized service made our family vacation one of the best we've ever had.
We’re filled with beautiful moments and cherished memories thanks to the care, support, and guidance provided by the team here. You all showed remarkable patience and kindness towards my family and me, making our stay truly special.

真心推荐雪蘑菇的复古年代房！装修特别有年代感，老物件摆放得很有味道，拍照超出片。冬天能在房间里烧火取暖，很氛围感，一点不觉得冷。床垫加了记忆海绵软垫，支撑力特别好，玩了一天回来躺上去超舒服，两个人睡眠质量都提高了。服务也很贴心，停了老板建议没带行李箱来雪乡把箱子寄存在哈尔滨了，确实这边拉箱子好不方便，下次带孩子来

酒店位置近大石碑、摆渡车落车点。管家仲帮忙包车约埋亚布力行程，十分方便。落车仲出嚟接，行李唔洗自己拎。酒店几新几靓，系房一打开窗就摸到雪！虽然地热供暖，但开少少窗就恒温番。

酒店前一天会在Trip联系交换WeChat, 包车到雪乡门口后，坐完园区的接驳巴士后，会有管家接，帮忙拿行李。
酒店位置很方便，就在大街的开端，酒店新净，是楼梯房。没有电梯，住3楼要管家帮忙搬行李。房间大小适中，有暖气，有加湿机。可开窗，但有很多小甲虫。
洗澡是电热储水，不能洗太久。不能连续洗，要等一阵子。
退房是12点，早餐是在大厅，中式的粥，菜，小包等等。
整体服务人员都很热情有礼。会带路，介绍餐厅，还会帮忙用优惠价订2人转的票。虽然看不懂，但体验体验。
推荐，记得提早订房！

中国雪乡住宿片：
老板娘标准东北人，太热情了，把她家最豪华的价值3028元的总统套间安排给了我们。
1.首先选酒店看地理位置，雪蘑菇酒店就在景区中心地带大石碑附近，黄金地段。
2.其次硬性条件，装修风格和设施，喜欢的朋友一眼就爱上了。三大扇落地床，地中海风格装饰，2张2米大床，6米东北大炕床，意想不到的是房间居然还有秋千椅和茶台，奢华程度可知。
3.再者看服务，还没有出发前，酒店经理就通过携程平台联系了我，并建立了张先生雪乡自驾羣。羣里随时更新路况和周围景点分布，抵达酒店后，小哥哥到停车场来迎接，帮忙拿走了最重的两大行李箱。在这冰天雪地里，感受到了一份独特的温暖。
4.最后总结,无论是去哪里旅游，都要趁淡季。人少景美，性价比高。

来雪乡前做足了攻略 最后选择了这家有特色的雪蘑菇酒店 果然没让人失望 老板还给免费升了房型 让家里的小孩也体验了一次沉浸式东北风住宿 房间装修有一下子回到70年代的感觉 房间很干净 酒店老板非常热情 非常推荐大家订购这家酒店 入住感觉很好 如果再来雪乡的话 还会选择雪蘑菇
