这个酒店太牛了，前台黄经理服务太好了，特别周到，忘记东西了也特别帮忙，主动热情帮忙，非常职业??
早饭和中餐厅也很满意，尤其中餐厅，太惊艳了，这个大厨特别用心，哪怕在上海也是超过米其林黑珍珠水平的，太好吃了！
以后去海宁也标记这里，非常满意整体，服务设施餐饮第一流

We had an absolutely delightful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding — the staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Check-in was smooth and welcoming, which set the tone for the rest of the experience.
The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was luxurious, and the overall ambiance made it easy to relax and unwind. We especially appreciated the small touches, like the complimentary teas and neatly arranged toiletries.
The food was another highlight of our stay — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The breakfast buffet was delicious. We still think about the pastries!
What stood out to me most was the décor throughout the hotel. Tasteful, elegant, and inviting, with a great attention to detail. Whether in the lobby, dining area, or hallways, everything was beautifully arranged and created a truly welcoming atmosphere.
This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We’ll definitely be returning and recommending it to friends and family!

Very new, beautiful and comfortable hotel. We liked also swimming pool and gym.
Good breakfast buffet and very helpful personel .
