房间舒适度和衞生条件都挺好，房间可以看到钱塘江
但是，酒店的位置好偏，不是附近公司出差的来杭州游玩的不建议住。周边配套设施几乎为零，生活便利性很差，
早餐水平中规中矩，选择不太多，但能应付一餐。
总而言之，如果出差、自驾且不介意周边环境，这里是个不错的地方。

The whole ambiance and room were clean and comfortable. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Location is convenient for short stay as it is close to the international airport, only 30 minutes by car, and was able to rest very well as it is very quiet. Though the hotel is located a bit far from tourist spots such as West Lake, which I prefer as I don't like to be in a crowded and noisy area. Nice view of the river. And I love the convenience of being able to do my own laundry, as they have both washing machines and dryers available.
Lots of choices of food available for breakfast.
Downstairs, there is a Lawson convenient shop where you can buy snacks and a very nice restaurant just around the corner and a few noodle/dumpling places.

酒店设计时尚明亮，房间整洁舒适，设施智能便捷，但最打动我的始终是那份“人”的温度。无论是早餐时段员工亲切的引导，还是退房时主动询问入住感受的关怀，都让这次停留充满了愉悦与尊重。
细节之处见真章，这次入住让我真切感受到了希尔顿欢朋品牌“友善、可靠、关怀、周全”的服务精神。毫无疑问，这里已成为我每次杭州出差的首选，期待下次再见！

DiDi can take you downtown. This place is clean, with high standards. Are chill about late checkout if you let them know. Solid breakfast. Aesthetically pleasing.

Delivered my packages to a different Hampton branch but the staff assured me that they would help me get my packages delivered to Xiaoshan Tech branch asap as I had a morning flight to catch. A big thank you! My go-to hotel brand(?) in China!

A very nice, quiet & basic hotel but a bit far from the city center. It doesn’t really matter if you are able to use the local app for cab and doesn’t mind paying ~￥50 each trip.
The staff were nice and helpful. She helped ordered delivery food when all options are not available past midnight.
Quite cool that you can even wash your clothes here. It’s really a value for money staying here.

Reached the hotel around 10pm but there were no nearby food options. Even the convenience store was closed. Only an in-house vending machine. Nonetheless, clean and nice room.
