Amazing! The 24 hour front desk is helpful.
Awesome location and the breakfast is good too - a nice spread (and starts at 4am which makes things insanely convenient for morning flights)

I was greeted by a slightly unpleasant smell from the toilet but was not too bothered cos I could see that the hotel was aware of the drainage problem as it had placed a diffuser in the bathroom.
Overall, I am pleased with the hotel’s service, especially with its free pick-up to and from the hotel.
There was an osmanthus tree outside the lobby which gave off pleasant aroma. Breakfast was served from a little past 5 am to 9 pm. Considered good for the price we paid for the accommodation.

国庆返程，前一晚入住，有接送机服务，很好很方便，照早上出发太早，餐厅没营业，还送了一份早餐带走，很好，房间外面就是绿荫，很美。电竞房房间不错，电脑也比一般的电竞酒店好，尤其是电竞椅，非常舒服。

酒店还不错，性价比可以，设施略微简陋，早餐一大早就有，中规中矩吧，有送机服务挺赞的，缺点：拖鞋很薄，质量相当差

接机非常弹性，也不需要预约，到了T3 11号门打给师傅就行了，非常方便????????????
而且第二天还有早餐，5点多就有，填饱肚子没问题的，在杭州机场附近要待一晚的值得考虑这一家，性价比高

房间非常大，有巨幕投影但是我没看，总体空间很大。近萧山机场 有班车接送 早航班住很方便。下次还考虑价格便宜

有人接送机，很爽很爽很爽12点的飞机，联系客服不？一会儿开着商务车过来接了很迅速，房间也很整洁，乾净，很智能。
