酒店各项设施都非常新，也很乾净。前台包括打扫衞生的阿姨都很友善。早餐品类虽然不多但胜在口味不错，而且营业到11点，非常人性化。
酒店离西湖有点距离，要打车，不是步行可达距离。去灵隐寺也是。

第一次入住城际酒店 前台小小很热情的接待了我们 房间住的很舒服 送了早餐 早餐很好吃中西结合 房间饮品不收费 啤酒很有城际特色 好评好评～

房间不算特别大、但也足够宽躺！温馨、整洁！
小冰箱的可乐，汽泡水、德式小麦（厚浪）特别??
前台小姐姐小哥哥热情周到！免费升级房间，本来是亚朵铂金会员的我，又多了一个选择！
早餐重点説一下：虽然没有五星级酒店早餐的五花八门，但品种、品质、味道都足够好了！
总之，出差、旅游，选择城际都是不错的！

Very impressed with the service. Served by Zhang Na and she has been helpful throughout my trip for a few days here. The hotel is new and the facilities are very new. Good breakfast options. Really enjoyed my stay here!

Overall this is a great hotel for business travel. Nothing fancy but clean. The room was specious. The services are great!
The restaurant only serves breakfast (buffet). Hopefully, it would also serve dinner in the future.

Room superb clean and completed with amenities!
Very good service of the receptionist 夏夏 as they provided me the suggestion to nearby tourist place and help me to collect parcel on behalf.
The cleaner aunty is kind and always provided me the fruits and snack! Always greet me morning! Hahaha like the way they act.
