  Room is clean and tidy, But the the hotel public area including the corridor if full of smoke smell which made me feel uncomfortable. Besides , it will be appreciated if the hotel can turn on the air-condition or make some fresh air in to the room before the guest enter the room.

  Front desk staff is very helpful very Friendly. Breakfast is very delicious, lot of western food options for breakfast. Hotel is located 15 mins from Hangzhou East Train Station. Rooms are very clean

  这次住的酒店真心绝了，必须给个满分好评！位置特别方便，周边全是饭馆和便利店，对我这种爱溜达觅食的人来説太友好了。 前台欧文和max办事麻利，几分钟就办完入住，还主动跟我唠了唠附近值得去的地方。房间里特别乾净，床单被罩摸着就舒服，床垫软硬刚好，晚上睡觉一点噪音都没有，一觉睡到自然醒。衞生间乾湿分离，热水来得快，洗漱用品也挺好用。 最关键的是网速贼快，晚上窝在被窝里追剧一点不卡。性价比是真的高，下次再来这儿出差，指定还住这家！

  Clean and quiet, with a beautiful view from the window of the room. But as the period of stay is just the summer holiday of China's school, other tourists who stay with family in other rooms on the same floor make noise until 12:00 am in the late night. We called the room service around 11:00 pm, but until 12:00 am the noise was still loud even out of the door of the room. Before we checked out we talked about this matter with the front disk and they kindly apologized for that and gave us a little gift for that. Very nice.
