在体验整体非常棒，酒店环境优雅，设施齐全，房间乾净整洁，床铺舒适。最让我满意的是，酒店周边的地铁站非常近，出行十分方便。附近还有很多吃饭的地方，选择多样。总之，这家酒店无论是环境还是位置都非常出色，强烈推荐！

酒店衞生乾净整洁，房间温馨宽敞，酒店位置优越，
走入酒店，特别温馨,有一种宾至如归的感觉，无论是前台小徐还是其他人家都是亲切可人，有求必应，餐厅负责人在早餐期间会谘询我们住的如何.
哪里需要改进，当得知我们需要更薄的被子时，立刻给我们办理了。
房间的价格也很实惠，房间智能化，乾净、整洁，床上用品宿舍度高，整天体感觉 性价比高！

Excellent hotel. Spacious comfortable & well furnished room. Incredible professional staff, always patient & helpful. Location is quiet & peaceful, outside of city center, but metro station is close by and a mall 15 minutes walk away. Special thanks to breakfast room manager, she was so very kind.

A highly satisfying hotel stay experience, sincerely recommended! This stay was truly excellent. The front desk manager, Jessica,greeted us with warm smile。She promptly resolved our bathroom inconvenience. Excellent service!and I highly recommend it!!

C’était une super belle expérience, les chambres étaient très propres et le personnel super sympa et pro.
On avait eu un soucis avec une chambre car la porte était transparente pour la chambre familiale mais elle nous a changé sans aucun frais supplémentaires.
Service impeccable. Si je reviens à Hangzhou, je choisirai cet h?tel à nouveau.

酒店大厅环境优雅很吸引人。大堂设计现代而别致，光线柔和，给人一种温馨而舒适的氛围。服务人员态度亲切，办理入住手续迅速高效。房间床铺柔软舒适，设施也非常智能现代化，这些都为我的住宿体验增添了不少便利。
酒店的餐饮服务同样令人满意。早餐种类丰富，既有新鲜的水果和面包，也有热腾腾茶水和各式饮料，满足了我对早餐的各种需求。
酒店的地理位置也非常优越，周边交通
