带家人一起出来旅游，还是选择订品牌的更安心，房间干净整洁，晚上睡觉也很安静，床品睡起来很舒适，前台服务也很棒，办理入住很快速，早餐也很丰富，选择性很多，很好吃，大人小孩都挺喜欢的，这里出行也方便，下次来杭州还会选择这一家！

这次是第一次用互联网帮家人订的，房子很新颖，安全靠谱！下单前网上先联系酒店，酒店前台在线很快回复，确认可接送机，毫不犹豫的就下单了，下单后也很快和我们电话联系。到了酒店，前台女士考虑到有长者，给房间安排的一楼，司机也主动帮忙把行李搬到房间，很贴心，下次还来，也推荐给选择困难的旅人。

这次杭州原本订的不是这家酒店，因为有事要提前返航了，所以选择离萧山机场最近的酒店，到之前还在各种担忧，到了酒店，很快的办理了入住，住的地方还在前台上面一点，由于我们行李比较多，前台也很贴心的给我们安排了把我们送到房间。在这里赶航班入住真的很方便，房间装修也很喜欢，房间卫生收拾的也很干净，总体来说是非常满意的

The service provided by the hotel front desk is warm & friendly with an excellent checkin experience and a great environment. It is worth recommending. We checked very late night. Especially Front Desk Executive Ms.Song attended well at late night and our checkin was very easy.

Great hotel near airport. Very helpful receptionist. The hotel even arranges you to get picked up from the airport

This hotel is directly next to XiaoShan airport but to go out from airport area and arrive to hotel you need only 15 minutes by car.
Rooms are very big and super clean.
Staff is very friendly and they paid taxi fare from airport to hotel because i arrived after at 3am, and their shuttle bus from airport stop working between 2:00am and 4:00 am
Recommended if you have an early flight from Hangzhou XiaoShan AirPort.

Nice hotel, very close to the airport. It is very convenient if you have an early flight. The room was clean and the bed was soft and comfortable. It’s noisy because the hotel is very close to the airport.
