设施：齐全，大床睡得很舒服，绵柔毛巾很舒服
卫生：干净整洁卫生，卫生间干湿分离
环境：隔音效果很好，地理位置也挺好，很安静
服务：非常周到，有条半裙落在宾馆，店员专门加微信并且给我寄到家，态度也超级好

The hotel and my room surprised me. I didn’t expect it will be so good and nice. My room was quite big and clean for this amount of money. It takes about 30 mins (~70rmb) by DD to get to the airport.

Great looking and modern hotel but a bit out of the way from attractions. Still, even though it is far from xihu, I would take this hotel to save money and sleep well at night. It is very new and priced less than half what similar hotels cost closer to the city center and still accessible by subway. Walk about 5 to 6 minutes from the subway. Well worth the more than 1 hour train ride from xihu because I have the time and the subways are comfortable.

Service focus is totally in the wrong place:
1. The TV is so complicated & no genious will know how to use it!!
2. Toilet is so c omplicated- totally not neccessary given not matter so fancy -any intelligent mind will not us it as they are dirtiest parts to employed\
What a insame managment!!!
