第一次来杭州游玩，在携程上勾选能眺望湖景的酒店，在列表里选择了美居酒店，到现在还是庆幸自己的选择。第一天要进酒店大门口有一阶阶梯，我行李多正准备搬上去，结果门卫大哥迅速下来帮我把行李搬上台阶，我离店的时候也是他帮我搬下台阶，真的挺感动?? 办理入住的时候前台小姐姐还递了一杯奶茶给我，好喝的。让我惊喜的是房间，扇形的结构，安排的整洁合理，调性简约而富有一点法式的感觉，我定的房型可以远眺西湖，在窗前泡茶看景十分惬意。房间干净，晚上几乎没有噪音。送东西的小机器人很可爱，服务人员态度友好，会尽量满足我的需求。早餐品类丰富，餐厅很宽敞，每个位子上都放着一只真的粉玫瑰，这很法式。这样注重品质细节的品牌，值得被大家看到，美居酒店也成为这次杭州美好记忆的一部分，名如其实。下次来杭州，我依然会选择来这里住。

定的西湖附近酒店，步行15分钟可以到西湖边。惊喜的是，办理入住前台小姐姐给免费升级到了豪华房，还送了奶茶。房间宽敞明亮，装饰现代典雅，整体配色是香芋紫，很喜欢的颜色！床铺舒适，浴室，卫生间单独分区，设施齐全，干净整洁，体验感很棒！

已多次入住，去西湖非常方便，出酒店向右转，直走就可以到西湖六公园，房间宽敞，干净，隔音好，非常安静，智能马桶，智能房卡，安全私隐度高，自助早餐选择种类多，味道不错，适合商务人士入住，这家美居酒店是必选，??离中河北路地铁站也近。

再次入住西湖美居酒店，体验依旧令人满意。前台工作人员的服务态度非常热情，让人感到宾至如归。房间内部干净整洁，布局合理，沐浴区、马桶和洗脸盆分别设定，使用起来十分方便。落地窗的设计让视野开阔，还可以开窗通风，让房间内的空气更加清新。退房时，酒店还赠送了精美的伴手礼和矿泉水，真是贴心至极。不小心将毛巾落在房间里，前台小妹主动帮忙上楼去拿，这样的服务真是无可挑剔。

I recently had the pleasure of staying with my family, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience. The hotel's commitment to accessibility, exceptional staff, and cultural values truly impressed us.
*Wheelchair Friendly:*
The hotel's infrastructure is thoughtfully designed to accommodate guests with mobility needs. The ramps, elevators, and room amenities ensured seamless navigation for my father, who uses a wheelchair. The accessible room was spacious, well-equipped, and meticulously maintained.
*Staff: Friendly and Helpful*
The housekeeping staffs went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. When my father accidentally created a mess in the room, the housekeeping team promptly responded with kindness and efficiency. Their warm smiles and willingness to help were genuinely comforting.
*Respect for Elders:*
What struck me most was the hotel's inherent culture of respecting older adults. From the gentle assistance offered by staff to the thoughtful amenities provided, it was clear that they value and honor its senior guests. 地里位置方便，从东站坐地铁中河北路下车，走6分钟就到，离西湖走路过去也不远大概20分钟。房间面积适中，床和枕头都蛮舒服，早餐种类不少该有的都有了，还有杭州特色酒酿圆子，合我口味。退房时前台小姐姐人美心善，看到我买的特产不好拿又给了我两个大一点的无纺布袋子。

我住过那么多家酒店，我发自内心的说这个酒店的前台人员的工作态度是我见过最好的，真的要给前台这些工作人员打五星好评。一个个都是热情有礼貌，对于住在住宿中遇到的难题，都会积极的给予解决。而这个酒店的地理位置在市区，距离西湖比较近，过去游玩也是很方便的。酒店还有一点做的特别好，酒店沐浴露洗发水虽然不是独立包装的，但是它们这些瓶子都是锁死的 ，其他人在使用过程当中没办法扭开，这样用的比较放心一点。（酒店追求环保可以理解，但是酒店也要考虑当住户的担忧才行，这个细节也要点赞）酒店在配套上做的也是挺不错的，配置有洗衣机，而且是免费使用的。
然后我就要说一下酒店的缺点了，可能由于酒店年限太长的原因，房间内部还有公共走廊这些看着比较老旧 ，有种上世纪招待所的感觉。还有房间卫生打扫有待加强，在床上有发现有头发的情况。早餐种类不多，味道一般般。
几百块能在西湖边入住这种酒店我觉得还算可以，还是比较值得推荐大家入住的。

Breakfast was lousy, nothing much to eat. Room is small and the wall is dusty despite it being just cleaned before we checked in. Need to wait very long for hot water at the basin tap in the morning. Bathing area water pressure is not strong enough. Staff at concierge makes us pay more for adjacent rooms and did not offer free upgrade unlike other hotels. Only good point about the hotel is we can request for free items such as mosquito repellent and eye masks, and they are delivered by the robot. If the items are not available, there is no follow up from the staff. There is smart toilet bowl. Location is near railway station but not near train station.
