1. 酒店位置超赞，出门就是商圈！房间乾净整洁，床品柔软舒服，前台服务热情周到，性价比超高，下次来还住这儿！
2. 环境清幽安静，房间设施齐全又新，早餐种类丰富味道好，工作人员贴心细致，这次入住体验满分，强烈推荐！
3. 交通便利，停车方便，房间采光棒，衞生做得特别到位，服务响应快，住得舒心又惬意，必须给个大大的好评！

办入住的时候还送了一人一杯奶茶 很暖心～但是一个小提议 奶茶里的冻冻少点更好??房间还不错就是临街的话会有点噪音 但是也还行。然后小朋友需要什么东西给前台打电话 是机器人送上来的 还挺快。这家酒店大概住过三四次了 大致很满意??

An Outstanding Stay with Personal Touches.
My recent two-night stay at the EBO Hotel was nothing short of excellent. From the thoughtful service to the comfortable amenities, it was a perfect base for exploring.
· Exceptional & Attentive Staff: The team here truly goes above and beyond. They are friendly, professional, and genuinely care about guest comfort. Special thanks to Mr. Wang ??
· Fantastic Breakfast with Dietary Care: The breakfast spread was delicious and varied. As vegetarians, we especially appreciated that the chef kindly prepared fresh vegetarian noodles for us upon request—a personal touch that made a huge difference.
· Superb Room with Balcony: We loved our room! It was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The private balcony was a wonderful bonus, offering a lovely spot to relax with a view.
· Prime Location: The hotel's location is excellent—conveniently situated for sightseeing, dining, and transport, making our itinerary effortless. 10 minutes to west lake.
Overall Impression:
The EBO Hotel excels in every category that matters: comfort, service, location, and value. The staff's willingness to cater to dietary needs (like the special vegetarian noodles) demonstrates a high level of guest-centric hospitality. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay.

位置近西湖，交通算方便，饮食方便一般，早餐颇丰富，但设施不太理想，虽是乾湿分离但并没有浴室门，即使夫妇，情侣沐浴更衣也会不方便，对朋友同行更尴尬，另外衣柜挂衣服位太高，相信不是所有人也1.8以上吧??房间左右向东向西，日照时间长，单窗，中央空调，冬天只暖夏天只冷，对我们南方游客来说体感有点热，基本晚上不需盖被??总体感觉酒店一般
