因为要去蔡志忠美术馆，搜到这间酒店，出乎意外很满意，酒店马路对面就是西溪湿地，酒店距离地铁也非常近。酒店楼下就有两家餐厅，很方便。酒店房间乾净整洁，还有电子马桶盖，早餐也很丰富。前台工作人员小高很热情，帮忙升级了房型，酒店整体服务员微笑服务，点赞??

服务真的非常不错。不管是前台还是服务阿姨都是有求必应。房间也还是非常舒服的。酒店就在地铁三号线出口，走路5分钟就可以到。去天目里就两站。西溪湿地景区就在门口，可惜这次都没去成。

位置不错在湿地对面 方便停车充电 升级了豪华大房 孩子可以活动开 早餐也算丰富 服务挺不错 有求必应 …… 空调定在24 早上起来室内到26 ?第二天洗手间的顶灯坏了一盏 镜子灯也点不亮 抹黑洗漱 吃完早饭退房就没让上来修

西溪湿地旁的宝藏酒店！步行可达景区，近地铁站出行超便利。法式客房雅致宽敞，智能马桶+品牌洗护很贴心，床垫舒适好眠。早餐中西式丰富，现煮麪条超赞，24小时洗衣房、健身房实用。服务热情周到，还赠欢迎水果，性价比拉满，旅游出差都适配～

环境特别特别好！我一定要大夸特夸一下！
我是一个对酒店环境要求很高的人
这个环境特别好 房间很大很乾净 睡的很舒服
工作人员们都特别热情 非常的耐心 一直在帮我们 特别特别温柔 离店也还可以寄存行李 非常的方便 也很放心之??非常贴心的给我们拿了水！
下一次还会来的！已经变成了我的杭州御用酒店

我特别满意，从前台姚经理的安排，到酒店设施的完善，住在8607,一开窗直对西溪湿地热气球。马桶全自动，洗衣房一尘不染。楼下烧烤开到半夜两点。家人很满意，下次必须再来！This hotel is excellent, the facilities are new , environment super nice , with Gym and Washroom. Safe, silent, near to xixi wetland and train, will come back again! Downstair has Chinese BBQ, delicious.

Excellent service by the staff here who go above and beyond to make the stay as comfortable as possible. Warm hospitality much appreciated. We were given a welcome drink while checking in. Breakfast was superb with good variety and food were tasty!

An absolutely wonderful stay at Mercure Hotel Xixi Wetlands. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with modern facilities such as a laundry room, lighting and curtain system, and a bidet. The location was only a stone’s throw from Xixi Wetlands Park. The hotel itself was great, but what really stood out was the service.
Ms. Zuo (小左）guided us through the check-in process and ensured that we were taken care of every step of the way. She was kind and friendly, providing us with a guide on how to tour the wetlands and welcome fruits for our stay. Our only regret is that we didn’t get the chance to thank her personally for her warm reception before we hurriedly checked out. Although we only stayed one night, we wished we could have stayed longer. If you plan to visit Xixi, this is definitely the hotel to stay at!

位置黄金，服务周到，房间可以直接看到马路对面的西溪湿地，且正好位于付费区和免费区分界线，可以一天走一边
