酒店在高铁站附近，位置稍微有点偏里面不太显眼。附近有商圈，地铁，吃东西逛街都很方便。因为离铁路近一直能听到列车来来回回的声音，频率还是挺高的不一定每个人都能接受，我个人是能接受而且挺喜欢听这声音的。
酒店只能刷卡上楼，外卖是由机器人送上来的，安全性和便捷性都很高。
早餐种类不算丰富，但是还是挺多的，饭，面，面包，饮品，水果，小吃都有。
卫生打扫的挺干净的，但是有的家俱能看出来有点年头了。
不知道酒店是不是统一调控供暖的，房间里暖和是暖和的，但是时间长了真的有点闷热想自己开空调降降温但好像没啥用。

柜台亲切友善，房间宽敞舒适明亮整洁，可以提早入住或延后退房，大厅可以拿热水，有免费的咖啡可自行取用，也有几张座椅的会客室，5楼有三台洗衣机+三台烘干机，免投币，相当好，除了房间有两瓶免费瓶装水之外，每个楼层电梯出口处，都随时补足瓶装水，可自由取用，可见经营者的大器，唯一的缺点就是早餐，厨师手艺差，煮的菜油腻到不行，最不可取的事，所有的菜，或豆浆，都是温凉，几乎没有热的食物，粥更是稀到不行，其实食材是ok的,问题在于厨房的团队,手艺差就算了，还非常的偷懒，估计是把所有的菜一次炒好，并且没有加任何保温，第一天八点多吃早餐，菜都是凉的，心想可能得要七点吃才有可能吃到热菜，于是第二天特地早起去吃，一样的，都是微温偏凉，希望管理者能注意到这一点，厨师真的要换，平白无故浪费了好的食材，因为厨师偷懒，一次炒好所有的菜，所以永远只能吃凉的菜，住过非常多地方的酒店，不管食材如何，至少人家菜都是吃完了再炒，拿出来都是热腾腾的，而且菜下面都有保温的装置。?
这家酒店我很乐意回访，但不会再加买早餐了！

在和颐酒店住了五天，酒店的服务人员都很热情好客，我们的早餐也给予折扣。宽敞明亮的房间空间大，在高楼层可以欣赏到不用火车、高铁等交通工具从东站进进出出。美丽的夜景也一览无馀。最可爱的机器人还帮我们把外卖送到房间。非常喜欢！希望下才再光顾。
