The rooms are recently renovated so the rooms are new and really Nice! Location is ok. Hotel was clean and had a nice restaurant.

Everything just fine but maybe the reception are doing they job, quite annoyed everytime we came out or came in they always ask about our passports and what exactly are we doing in Hangzhou ??
But overall everything is great! I think the reception need to learn more about the tourist passport, no salty at all! ??
