省流版：非常一般，不如全季甚至部分星程。
详细版：
先说缺点，再说优点。
①卫生：有待加强。住宿最要紧的就是卫生。入住当天下午在房间内发现一只小飞虫，考虑到房间窗户一直没关，自行处理了。但七楼且面向公路的窗户是否会有蚊虫飞入，以及是否在入住后飞入，不得而知。退房当天醒后感觉身体皮肤有瘙痒症状，持续时间不长，被套是松口的，被芯的消杀可能有所欠缺。
②设备：一言难尽，问题集中在网络、空调和电话。很久没有网速这么差的体验了，无线网络非常卡，偶尔出现无法正常看视频的状况。空调不行，控温很差，常常冷热交替，体感很难受。电话无法拨打到前台，发现是low battery。灯也不是很灵敏，部分存在无法关闭的情况，只能通过总控关闭。旁的都好说，这些明显最频繁会使用的设备都得不到保证，属实离谱。
③服务：因人而异，部分亟待改进。入住体验一般，前台小哥服务态度略差，办理入住时分心聊天，很不专注，连是否付款都未仔细确认就默认客人未付款房费，且神情言语都有看人下菜碟之嫌。虽然都是小事，但平时下楼遇到的前台都会主动微笑打招呼，两者服务高下立判。
再说优点和中规中矩的地方。
①环境：各处环境都挺整洁的，房间视野宽阔，还是比较舒心的，装修也是比较温馨的风格。
②位置：离地铁站比较近，去西湖或者演唱会之类的都比较方便。
③早餐：中规中矩。沙拉还算好吃，别的真的就很普通。种类比较多，水果饮料糕点中西式都有点吧。

酒店很不错 环境很OK 服务很到位 前台小高给我办理入住非常的热情 很不错 早餐也很丰盛 每次来都住这家酒店性价比很高 值得推荐 确实很OK 下次还来 离地铁站也很近 出行也非常的方便 确实很不错

预订了两间房，提前联系梅子经理大床改了双床，高楼层的环境不错??，房间有免费的啤酒饮料，早餐自助式的，现烧的米线很不错。自助早餐品种很多。地理位置不错出门200左右就是地铁，而且周围各色餐饮店很多，丰俭由人。房间有一个备用的低矮的枕头这个我很喜欢，适合我。以后还会推荐给朋友来入住的！

服务很好，很喜欢这里，每次来杭州出差都入住这里，Iris经常联系，很有温情，餐厅的大姐也很好，都很有礼貌，早餐味道不错，食材新鲜，性价比超高，酒店离我朋友那里很近，方便，位置好，智能家居，小机器人帮送，楼房大姐打扫卫生干净，环境优雅，前台小姐姐都很漂亮，下次还来。

Though it's not at westlake side, but it's near train station.
Also, food quality is good though selection is not as extended as 5 star hotel.
Love the xiao long bao!
Oh, and the automatic toilet bidet too!

free upgrade of room. super spacious and bed was comfy. didnt like that once you walk in the television had to welcome you. irritated and plugged off as if someone leaves the room they will trigger and on. leaving it creepy but all was good once plug was off.
its cold bathing as bathroom was huge but not covered so theres air/wind.

Check in was a breeze, and I like the room exudes a comfortable vibe. There’s an option to listen to the radio channel while showering. Technology is well utilised- from the robots delivering toiletries to our door step, a high tech toilet bowl, and remote controlled curtains. The mattress is firm, which helped me to sleep well. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel because there were options around the neighbourhood, within a walking radius of 7 -10 minutes.
