体验非常好！
房间很大，窗外风景也很好，环境乾净整洁。
还有免费夜宵，皮蛋瘦肉粥，非常好喝，很鲜美暖胃。
服务态度特别好，提出的需求都有满足，还有洗衣房洗完衣服还能送回房间，很方便。

元旦来杭州玩 出发的比较早所以没有空余房型 前台小姐姐就给我们升级了房型 之前住过智选 这次的房间真的很超预期的好 视野开阔早餐特别好吃 服务也很周到每晚都有夜宵 态度也很积极 帮我们解决问题 下次来杭州肯定还会住的

去湘湖玩的，酒店虽然离湘湖远了点，但自驾出游，距离就不是主要考虑的因素，环境、设施、服务才是关键，而这家酒店正好符合我们对这些关键因素的预期，具体如下：一是开张一年多，设施够新，但装修味道已经散发的差不多了。二是位于钱塘江边上的滨江区，道路体系完善，方便驾车出游。三是服务温馨，入住登记时就给了一个客房免费升级，自助早餐品种丰富，客房布局合理舒适，前台自助咖啡有多种口味可选，地下车库够大，停车十分方便。总之，这是一次满意的入住体验。

Originally, my mother and I planned to stay for only two nights, but we liked the hotel so much that we extended our stay to four nights. The hotel is very new and extremely clean. My room faced the riverside - spacious with a beautiful view of golden autumn leaves (we upgraded our room to King River View with Extra Floor Space). Breakfast was complete with plenty of options. There are also several good restaurants in the building next door, all within the same complex. The staff were very helpful, especially when I needed to make local calls since I don't have a Chinese phone number. Overall, a wonderful stay - highly recommended.

Pros: Room is big, clean and comfortable. Good view. A variety choice for breakfast with some different dishes for each day. Good location, Didi and buses can go everywhere.
Cons: Service man in breakfast restaurant need to be improved, breakfast congee is not ok. Smoky smell once in a while in room, and when turn the ac with stronger wind it disappeared. Hope the staff can at least tell every guest do not smoke in room when checking-in.

房间很新，乾净衞生，服务员比较热情。酒店离钱塘江边走过去很近。离西湖边上的虎跑公园、动物园打车也不远，公交转一趟车也很方便。早餐不错。性价比高。

I had a great stay at Holiday Inn Express Hangzhou Jiangnan. The room was quite spacious for Hangzhou. The front desk staff very friendly. Location is very convenient as it was near to subway station and breakfast menu are ok. I will surely comeback and highly recommend to my friends.
