【超预期体验！杭州宝盛水博园大酒店让出差变度假】
9月13日临时通过携程预订了水博园大酒店的房间，入住时前台小哥热情周到，查询到讯息后帮忙升级成了套房！房间宽敞舒适，最惊喜的是窗外就是水博园景区，绿意盎然、视野超赞～
下午还贴心送了果盘，早餐种类丰富，中西结合很合胃口。整体环境安静舒适，尤其赶上杭州下雨，坐在窗边听雨声看景，恍惚间出差竟有了度假的悠闲感～
感谢酒店的细心服务，为旅程增添了满满幸福感，下次来杭州一定会再选这里！强烈推荐给出行的朋友们～

一、酒店：非常适合当一个休息的落脚点，远离市区。
优点：
1.服务到位，情绪价值给到位。
2.乾净，安静，是休息的地方。
3.房间非常宽敞，
4.窗外景色：水，鸟，塔
缺点：
1.地理位置偏僻，地铁和公交不便。好在外卖和网约车发达。
总结：
一个非常符合"度假，出差"需求的酒店。主打的环境和服务。

我预订了该酒店的套房和两桌用于接亲亲友的中餐，全程对接刘加彦姓经理。但当日的服务体验令人震惊，服务流程完全缺失。午宴结束后，无工作人员主动对接结账事宜。更荒谬的是，在尚有亲友未离席时，刘经理竟直接致电辱骂"吃霸王餐"，态度极其恶劣，多位在场宾客均可作证。
和该经理的整个对接过程没有任何服务可言，甚至在顾客婚礼当天进行辱骂，截止现在也没有收到任何道歉。这个差评给这位叫做刘加彦的经理，希望酒店管理层能重视这个问题！！！

本次对大酒店的服务相当满意，第二次入住了，管家非常棒，提前帮我们安排好房间，五一不涨价，良心酒店啊，还帮我们免费升级成了1000多的家庭套房，两个卧室，一个两米的床和两个一米二的床，还加了婴儿床，房间非常宽敞乾净，正对着水博园，风景独好。前台多送了两张自助餐券儿，自助餐厅环境也挺好的（???-），早餐种类丰富，还有面??吃！我们要晚点走，还给我们延时两小时退房，膝盖有点擦伤叫服务员送了创口贴，也是速达。室外泳池可以划船，拍照也是一级棒，小童乐园可以玩沙子，可以玩水，还有一个大型室内游乐园，还能喂小动物，遛娃圣地。第二天很热就去酒店旁边的水博园玩了大半天。

房间内饰虽有年日、但装修风格还是非常古典的韵味、

About 20 to 30 mins drive from town. Able to get didi taxi easily. Room are big and clean.
Swimming pool and gym are renovating currently. Overall very happy with the stay.

A very disappointing hotel. The decor and the staff are very nice, and the hotel is very clean. The breakfast buffet iso-so but adequate. My room has a.great view of the river, is very comfortable and "clean looking". This is where it's disappointing. The spa tub had no power and water leaked all over the floor, the welcome gift came the next day, despite a long huge balcony there' are no chairs (or table), no min-ibar to speak of (despite being listed in room amenities), couldn't find anything if room service is offered, and.to top it all off, three restaurants are listed but one is only open (for breakfast). They do offer junk food vending machines throughout the hotel and there.is a small area for a cafe, limited menu of "fast food" and Starbucks coffee. Oh, well. I will still return again to Hangzhou but not to this hotel.

Booked this hotel for the facilities, ie pool and children’s playground but was all closed. Trip.com does not state this on hotel policies. Restaurant was also closed on first night which was very disappointing. No shops or restaurants near by so was very difficult to manage this. Breakfast was good. Staff did not speak a word of English. Room was very big, comfy bed and large room, this was best bit but we Won’t return back as the location is not great in Hangzhou.
