这次出行选择了凤起潮鸣黄龙饭店，整体体验非常不错的。房间内的设施都挺新的，有洗衣机还有冰箱，挺齐全的，房间也非常宽敞，床铺非常乾净，衞生也打扫的非常整洁，床垫也很软，昨晚睡的也不错。而且酒店的位置也很好，距离公交站地铁站都挺近的，早餐味道也不错，还挺满意的。酒店周边还有小店，非常方便，前台服务人员态度非常好，点赞点赞！！！

本次入住凤起潮鸣黄龙饭店，总体感觉很好，比较推荐大家来住。前台服务态度好，房间的格局很不错，房间的物品充足有咖啡胶囊和茶，有需要找前台都能很好解决。为了践行环保理念，垃圾桶没有套垃圾袋房间的空调制热不错。大堂也很乾净，还有花摆放，很漂亮，让人看着心情也不错。

这家黄龙酒店体验感挺好的。房间内的设施都很新，有洗衣机还有冰箱，房间非常大，很宽敞明亮，床铺非常舒适，衞生也打扫的非常乾净，床也很柔软舒适，房间也很大，酒店的早餐味道也不错，种类蛮多的，另酒店的位置也很好，距离公交站地铁站都挺近的，周边还有很多好吃的餐馆和购物场所。前台工作人员服务很热情很有礼貌呢，总体来説，这次入住体验不错，强烈推荐。

Very value for money. Suite was big and spacious. Location was central and able to cab to most tourist attractions easily.

The hotel is excellent overall. I wish they would add more international breakfast dishes like cheeses and pancakes, but overall everything is great at this hotel. Thank you.

The trip started off rocky as there were smokers next door who openly smoked while having the doors open to the hall way. We had to deal with this for a couple of days and after complaining to the management a few times, Miss Tina Zhou came to the rescue. She helped us move rooms and made sure we were comfortable and really made our trip much more pleasant. We ended up staying for an extra week.
Areas of improvement:
1. The breakfast was below average, execution on the food is poor
2. The gym smelled like cigarettes often as the staff working there would smoke beside the gym (please have him smoke outside when he is on break)
3. The pool change room was often unclean and untidy and the ground was extremely slippery and dangerous
4. The pool smelled like sewage at times
This hotel is more of a China 4 star than a 5 star. If it wasn’t for Ms. Zhou, we would not have had as comfortable of a stay. A special thanks to the cleaners, who were polite and did a great job of cleaning and accommodating our schedules.

The hotel is approximately 10 min walk to the nearest metro station and 30 min ride to airport. Rooms are very clean and daily room services are top notch. Shower water pressure is good. The breakfast selection is good, both Chinese and western food are catered for. The staff are helpful and friendly. When the delivery machines were unavailable due to overwhelming orders, the staff will bring up your food orders with good attitude. I think the only downside is that it is not near any shopping district, but you can ordered anything and everything online.

Booked 3 rooms. I spent two nights here and all was pleasantly upgraded to a spacious two-bedroom suite with a living room. The space was clean and well-maintained, featuring two bathrooms, Tv in hall and main bedroom, and even a washing machine. We had breakfast at the hotel on both days, which was convenient since I didn’t spot any supermarkets nearby. Overall, a very comfortable and hassle-free stay.

凤起潮鸣黄龙饭店位于凤起路边上，属于市中心，交通方便。此酒店属于商务型的酒店式公寓，有简单的小厨房；房间装修的属于现代化型的，宽敞明亮又干净;酒店设施设备还很齐全，18楼有泳池健身房，还有一个餐厅。早餐的话是自助形式的，丰富多样，风景好特别好，有杭州特色小吃宝美生煎包。点的外卖，前台会用机器人送到房间，很贴心的设计！前台服务也到位，，服务员黄女士对客热情，并且耐心，必须点赞！
