女儿有同学来杭州游玩，替她们预订了杭州大厦
地理位置:杭州大厦A座，7楼办理入住，地铁3号线，1号线武林广场站，B口出，步行5分钟左右，周边还有公交车，距离杭州中心，武林银泰，国大，西湖文化广场都挺近的，购物，吃饭还是蛮方便的
设施：杭州大厦设施还是不错的，还有浴缸，房间也挺大的，就是感觉床之间隔的有点近
衞生：衞生挺乾净的
环境：环境还是不错的，我们的房间应该是属于街景吧，反正看出去都是高楼
服务：服务比较满意，首先:到酒店房间还没打扫好，説是十几分钟，但是感觉等了10几分钟不止；第二:进了房间之后没有矿泉水，没有拖鞋，打电话前台，前台的工作人员感觉不是很耐烦，态度不是很好，不过送来的速度还是很快的，希望能够对前台服务人员多加强培训。明明是你们酒店自己没有在房间放置矿泉水和拖鞋，我们客人去要，态度这么不好，感觉是我们欠了前台什么一样？如果説是不提供的，那办理入住的时候就应该提前説明。
我预订的是有下午茶的套餐，下午茶还可以，早餐也还可以
总的来説杭州大厦还是不错的，就是作为市中心的酒店，服务尤其是前台工作人员的服务态度之类的要加强

第一次独自带女儿旅行 安全起见选了这家老牌的四星级酒店 开业时间虽然长 但设备设施都不错 服务人员热情周到 房间也很乾净 楼下就是武林广场和浙江展览馆 周边购物餐饮交通都非常方便 离地铁站 水上巴士都非常近 连住四天 欢迎水果每天都给 根本吃不完 早餐也特别丰富 还有女儿想要的浴缸 如果以后再来 首选这家酒店

Matress of the room had blood stains (!!!) hidden in the inferior part of the pillow. We only discovered the next day after moving the pillow away.
The breakfast is very nice.
Recepcion attendants very kind and helpful.
Amenities are mostly paid extra.

I unexpectedly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I booked it last minute because of the location, price and it had a bathtub. The room was super spacious/clean and the location was perfect. Close to the metro and lots of food and shopping options around. In addition the breakfast was better than expected with lots of decent options in the buffet. Overall would recommend and definitely will stay here again.

We always enjoy our stay when we come here! The check in was easy and the front desk spoke English and were very friendly. The bed is super comfy and I love the tub! There seems to be a lot of restaurants nearby (along the river) but were closed due to CNY. We look forward to coming back and exploring more. Kerry Center was an easy 40 min walk or so
