我前几天入住了这家酒店，体验真的太棒了！
一进酒店大堂，就感觉特别宽敞明亮，装修风格简约又不失大气。工作人员都非常热情，办理入住手续的时候效率很高，还详细地给我介绍了酒店的各种设施和周边的美食景点，让人感觉特别贴心。
房间特别乾净整洁，床铺柔软舒适，一躺上去就感觉整个人都被温柔地包裹住了，睡眠质量都提高了不少。房间里的各种用品一应俱全，从高品质的洗漱用品到舒适的拖鞋，细节之处尽显用心。而且，房间的隔音效果也非常好，晚上能安静地入睡，不受任何外界干扰。
酒店的餐饮也很不错，早餐的种类丰富多样，无论是中式的包子、油条，还是西式的麪包、牛奶，都有很高的品质，能满足不同客人的口味需求。
酒店的位置也很优越，出行非常方便，周边交通便捷，附近还有很多购物和娱乐的场所，让人在住宿之余还能尽情享受休闲时光。
总之，这家酒店在各个方面都给我留下了非常好的印象，下次有机会还会选择这里。

一共住了两晚，体验非常一般；
1.拐角房间超级难住；
2.早餐无法打包，着急走的也没啥办法；
3.空调制冷不行，房间温度太高；
4.前台房间号弄错，21楼搞成22楼，导致无法开门；
5.衞生有点堪忧；
6.商旅平台预订，红酒也没有了；

My recent stay at Mercure Hotel was
absolutely fantastic and exceeded all my expectations.
First, the location is convenient -it's just a short walk from key attractions and metro line 4 and 2 as well as public transport, making it super convenient to explore the city without wasting time on long commutes.
The staff deserves a special shoutout too. From check-in to check-out, everyone was warm, friendly, and always ready to help. They gave me great recommendations for local restaurants and even helped arrange a taxi when I was in a hurry-their
attentiveness made me feel right at home.

arrive to the metro station by walking is easy. Reception staffs are very friendly. Food variety in the breakfast is much. Room is very big and comfortable. Staff at floor is also hardworking. Room is cleaned at every day and somedays twice after I leaving the room. All facilities in the room are changed and completed

I stayed at this hotel for a few days in Hangzhou. From the moment I entered the hotel, the ambience, the friendly staff and the room was to die for. The hotel also provides breakfast which was a variety of Chinese and western dishes, a gym to exercise and a laundry room, where you can iron and do laundry for free. I highly recommend this hotel. I want to say thanks to the receptionist Xiao Yang for his help and professionalism during my stay.
