房间地理位置十分优越，离万象城非常非常近，在柏悦吃完饭走走散步回酒店太舒服了，房间和图片一样，在这样的地段性价比还是蛮不错的。特别是早餐，品种丰富多样，口味也不错。住了三晚除了房间内没开空调晚上比较热，其他都还可以

This is my second time visiting Hangzhou, and this hotel is the best so far.
Convenient location, just a few minutes to 2 huge shopping malls. Restaurants, cafe, shops. Everything is just ready for you.
Friendly staff, who gave me so much help. Especially when my daughter was sick, they helped me so much.
The room is spacious with a great view. Amenities are so nice. Breakfast was also very nice. There is nothing to complain about this hotel. It's just perfect. I will definitely come back.

Great location and great hotel. It is convenient to the new area of the city , close to MixC shopping mall and various other luxury malls and less than 15 minutes drive to the west lake

Located in the heart of the CBD area, it was lovely to arrive at the Guoshou Narada hotel - great location, short walk to the MIXC mall and the surrounding areas are very clean and safe. Everyone, from the concierge, upon my arrival, to my check-in (with Mr. Lawrence Meng) at the front desk, was very attentive, welcoming and professional...
Since I was only able to stay for three nights, Mr. Lawrence was incredibly thoughtful and offered me a free breakfast. My room was spacious, spotless and incredibly comfortable.
I can honestly say that every encounter I had with staff at the Guoshou Narada was enjoyable, professional and welcoming. I could not be happier with the quality of the rooms and the amazing service I received throughout my stay.

Stayed for 5 days, Very clean and new hotel. No cigarette smell in the rooms. Close to Raffles City and MIXC, where there are good food options.
The breakfast buffet is excellent as well, with lots of options. Would stay again.

The hotel has a very good location. The rooms a clean and very comfortable. It was only very warm in the room. AC was not working yet and you cannot open any window.

There daily cleaning service as well as night service. Fixed deposit is too high for long stay. Location wise is just next to 新业路 （line 9). Breakfast spread is good too.
