大堂设计很大气，房间很乾净清爽，地理位置也很不错，附近有大悦城商场，还有小河历史文化直街景区，楼层阿姨服务也很热情
服务：刚刚到酒店下车，礼宾小钟就迅速的跑回来给我拉行李到茶水，前台前台小王的服务很专业，总之来説来到文澜大酒店这里设施衞生环境都很棒，这里的服务人员都给我无微不至的关心。棒??！

这次杭州谈供应链项目，选酒店就盯仨点：离客户近、睡饱不糟心、服务别掉链子。挑中城北文澜，体验完只想説：下次出差还住这！先説位置，我这种“早会特种兵”最烦路上耗时间，酒店离客户公司车程15分钟，周边还有学校，早上路过听着读书声，真是感慨啊，办入住时前台小哥效率很高，身份证一刷3分钟拿房卡，还主动问“需不需要打印资料？”真是我们出差人的刚需，这细节直接戳中我OK键！，大堂很有圣诞氛围，OK先生的公仔很独特，还有梵高的向日葵，再看房间，我订的商务大床房，进门就舒坦：地毯没灰，床品软乎乎像家里那床好吧比家里还是乾净多了；办公桌够大，摊开电脑、合同、水杯都不挤，枱灯还能调亮度，半夜改方案不刺眼。服务这块也很好，保洁阿姨每天换垃圾袋时，还会悄悄把我乱甩的拖鞋摆整齐——这眼力见儿，在商务酒店里真不多见！对了，早餐也不错！现烤牛角包配咖啡，吃完上午谈客户都带劲。常跑杭州商务线，这家直接塞进收藏夹，OK先生认证的“出差后勤站”，稳！

这家酒店真的超出预期！房间乾净整洁，床品舒适，入住和退房都很顺利，下次还会再来住。环境很好，性价比高，推荐！还有还有，杭州不愧是文化之城，以前是南宋皇城，刚进门就被“宋韵”的大门吸引住了视线，出门就能看到商场，而且300米就到地铁10号线，非常方便，门口的宣传册非常详细，一目了然，旁边的工作人员介绍这里就坐落于运河附近，服务非常到位

First impression: The lobby bar with an artistic atmosphere was attracted by the lobby bar as soon as you entered the hotel!
