  房间很干净，没有任何异味，房间设施新，酒店用的产品味道特别香，不是很喜欢。交通方便，离杭州东站也不算太远，打车过去20分钟左右，20多块钱，离京杭大运河景区也很近，地铁可达。周围美食众多，吃不过来。

  步行到杭州电竞中心只需要几分钟，房间非常宽敞明亮，视野开阔。周围银泰百货和新天地商场都步行可至 前台和餐厅工作人员服务非常热情，周到细致。二楼的早餐内容丰富，尤其有各种中式点心，晚饭自助餐有各种海鲜和烤肉，价廉物美。 外卖有可爱的絮絮叨叨的机器人送到房间，十分方便。 健身房非常好，专业水准。 如果下次再看电竞，这里还是不二选择

  前台小郑和浩服务挺好的 房间干净整洁 尤其床特别特别特别的大！离新天地太阳剧场很近，如果来这里看演出是不二之选的酒店。楼上就是餐厅，用餐也十分方便

  I have stayed at this hotel many times. I enjoy the large soaking tub. The staff is always very helpful. The breakfast buffet has a large variety food to choose from and the evening seafood buffet is also quite good.

  The hotel is ideally located to watch the Cirque du Soleil X Show. The staff are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a complimentary Chinese tea. There was a problem with the heating system in our room and they immediately gave us another room.

  The room is very hot with the air condition the lower set is 28 degree and outside temperature is 16 degree. We complain to reception and they just put a fan in our room. If need to using fan in room why we choose for 5 star hotel with expensive price, better stay at 3 star hotel.
