Good value hotel. The room was generally very clean, but I just noticed a couple of stains on the bedding.
Buffet breakfast had a large variety including vegan options I believe.
Staff at reception were helpful, one lady spoke very good English and they also had a translation machine, which worked well.
Location was convenient, near Line 1 metro for Hangzhou and Hangzhou East train stations. Very short walk to the lake and the evening light show area. Also walking distance to a few bus routes for local attractions that are further a field.
There is a laundry room with 4 washing machines and 2 dryers and also space to hang clothes, it wasn’t busy.

1.服务人员很好，会主动帮忙提行李和客房服务
2.房间乾净整齐，还有贴心小茶点，早餐很好吃
3.地理位置即佳，附近很多美食，西湖就在旁边

服务：免费升级前台服务很好一个小帅哥。半夜帮很贴心安排，因为2个女孩子半夜入住的，因为上一个酒店太脏，我果断半夜换酒店。

最近几年回杭州多次入住这个酒店，这次又订了7晚。位置一流，交通便利，离西湖一步之遥。对面就是知味观，出门左拐就去延安路，龙翔桥地铁站也在这里，逛吃都方便。四楼服务员小占和晚班服务员胡姐态度超好，保安也服务到位。早餐也可以，西湖边的酒店性价比超级高了。航班临时更改酒店还帮我申请了延时退房，太爱了??下次还会来入住。

地理位置很好，离地铁站近，到西湖步行只有300米左右，餐饮购物都放便。前台和楼层服务人员态度非常不错，房间衞生整洁。

The location is convenient, and you can walk to the pedestrian street very quickly, and the staff are lovely and provide good service.

Not for people that cannot stand cigarette smell. Front desk staff turn me away when I asked for extra bottles of water as they explained Hotel only limits a maximum of 2 bottles of water a day nothing more. Location is superb and cleanliness is very good. Many choices for breakfast.

Location was excellent! The hotel provided all the necessary amenities and toiletries such as toothbrush, soap, shampoo. Bed was comfortable but pillows were a little thin. They did not have air conditioning as it was winter. Only central heating was available. Breakfast was great too. Overall it was great stay!

exceptional location.. helpful staff especially those at the door.. there is some long jing tea provided in the room.. clean room and shower with great water pressure and good temperature which I always appreciate.. comes with breakfast too!!

这家酒店的地理位置很好，地铁出来甚至不用过马路，因为双休过对面是步行街，旁边的饭店吃饭也很好，套餐便宜又好吃，前台的小周服务很好，看见我们三个人主动给我们升级到了合适我们的房型，床睡的很舒服，主要洗澡水很大，以后还会来住
