国庆全家人出游，酒店前台帅哥JaCk Chen贴心升级了豪华双大床房间，两张大床完美解决了两大两小的住宿拥挤问题，顶楼视野一流，能远观六合塔和整个钱江湾和远方山。早餐丰富，位置宽裕，节假日都不觉拥挤。泳泳池区分小朋友和大人，泳道宽敞。酒店出门坐地铁直达东站，公交180路可直达西湖景区，30分钟到灵隐寺，因为要晚些回酒店，所以安排了两点的延迟退房，服务完美。

环境与衞生良好，酒店前台服务不错，房间、大堂、公共区域等均保持乾净整洁，房间隔音效果较好，装修风格中式现代，简约温馨，房间视野开阔，配有落地窗。服务质量，前台工作人员热情周到，随叫随到，能够及时解决问题，服务细致贴心，餐饮体验早餐种类丰富，豆腐花、馄饨不错

酒店地理位置十分便利，出门就是地铁站，去各大景点和商圈都非常方便，
酒店的健身房和游泳池都去体验了，游泳池特别棒，还对住店客人免费开放！设备维护得也很好。早餐种类丰富，中西式选择很多，味道也很棒。

I recently had a wonderful stay at Four Points by Sheraton Hangzhou, Binjiang. The hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms with all the necessary amenities to ensure a relaxing experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always willing to assist, making me feel right at home.
The location is excellent, providing easy access to the city’s key areas while offering beautiful views of the Qiantang River. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was impressive, and I appreciated the attention to detail in maintaining a tidy environment.
The breakfast spread was delightful, offering a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. Additionally, the fitness center and other facilities were well-maintained, adding to the overall positive experience.

Location, room comfort, hotel condition
I'm a satisfactory stay because of the friendly staff, the check-in and check-out process does not take long. the room is very comfortable, spacious and tidy, cleanliness is emphasized very well.
