  Certainty not a 5 stars hotel Very old building with very small rooms and ridiculous equipment Staff just doing their job without smiling and kindness The location is 15 walking minutes from the west lake The breakfast is poor quality

  The hotel is in a very good location, just nearby the West Lake, 延安路shopping district and next to the 龙翔桥mrt station. Very convenient. As for well known eateries 外婆家, 杭州饭店,知味观 are all nearby. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful especially 韩仔牛先生who was very helpful when we required assistance. The housekeeping staff are attentive too as to our request. We had a very pleasant stay for the 3 nights and would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

  Old style hotel, very grand foyer, very helpful staff, breakfast is fine but not elaborate, walk to west Lake easily, metro is on the street, has everything you need, I was looking forward to the swimming pool unfortunately it doesn't open until July
