9月一整个月，几乎从12号开始就在住酒店，从热门旅游城市兰州成都一路住到杭州，一是因为大家的催更，要给粉丝测评，二是为接下来的十月国庆长假做准备。欢阁一直是我想试却没试的，这次算是在杭州体验了，并且因为入住晚有房给我升级了房型，怎么説呢，酒店的人文关怀很到位服务态度好，都是年轻人，适合沟通与交流，但再怎么样都弥补不了房间设施的短板，确实没法説，电视是老机子连不了网，只能看老旧电视，我非常注重睡眠质量，可能因为房型，窗外就是高架来往的车流声很吵，窗帘短一截，透光严重，这导致我整个人很受影响人很烦躁，和酒店前台反应了，负责人延迟退房到三点，但其实就是逼迫自己睡觉因为短的那一截在床上真的对于睡眠浅的人来説很难受，所以对睡眠有要求的宝子慎重考虑哦，我本来想多呆两天，但因为酒店设施买了明早一早的高铁票走掉????希望我的这条评论对粉丝宝宝的杭州之行有帮助

地理位置很好找，距离西湖景区、in77都很近，酒店服务很好，可以免费寄存行李，办理入住之后，还会贴心的提供游玩攻略，24小时洗衣房，房间隔音效果很好，刷卡才能上楼，安全性很高！
酒店免费提供的夜宵（鸡汤小馄饨）很好吃，非常美味

首次来杭州出游，选择的这家酒店很是不错??。
首先服务热情，进酒店后每个工作人员服务热情拉满，酒店的装修也很有特色，是一家不折不扣的概念店。
服务分区齐全：一楼不仅有休闲就餐区、还有办公会客区，充分考虑到入住者的需求。另外酒店提供的餐饮很有特色，早餐种类丰富，还有夜宵提供，食品健康美味。
位置不足的是房间内有衞生死角，房型普遍偏小，毕竟是在西湖景区的酒店，空间紧张也是可以理解的。
酒店装潢，用光等很高级，不落俗套，很有特色。

Quite modern hotel in almost close location to the West Lake. Rooms are small, but to me I found the cute, especially if you stay alone. Was happy to find some soft drink except water in the room. Breakfast is various .

Location is great and the staff is friendly and helpful. However, our room was having bad smell in the first night. We were able to switch another room in the 2nd night, but there was still a strong smoking smell.

Good location - about 20 mins walk from west lake. The room was smaller than previous CitiGo’s I’ve been to. But adequate for a single person. The staff were very sweet and accommodating, giving me a bottle of water upon both check in / check out which was a nice touch.

The CitiGO Hotel is well located, only a short distance from the West Lake and the city centre. Therefore, choices of food are plenty. Transportation to tourist attractions is very convenient. The hotel staff are also very helpful, especially the young lady Shylock who helped us to arrange a quiet room.
Will definitely stay at CitiGO again.
