跟朋友来杭州看演唱会误打误撞定了这家酒店！真的被惊喜到了
离大莲花超级无敌巨近！！！一站地铁就到了环境也很不错！
前台小姐姐很热情！点名表扬高丹小姐姐??人好看！服务热情！！！超级感谢她??????
酒店的房间超大！衞生间也很有设计乾湿分离超大全身镜巨出片！被美到了！看完演唱会之后很快速的就到酒店休息了??，第二天还要去逛一圈就把东西寄存在酒店了！寄存行李的服务小姐姐也好好??????被狠狠种草了！来看看演唱会或出游的第一选择！（离杭州东站也很近！！！地铁6号线直达）

有一段时间没住过国产五星了，然后服务也不是很明白是不是其他酒店也这样，如果都是这种水平那就不抱怨什么了。
情况就是到酒店的时候从车上拿下来三个大行李箱，迎宾看到有车来就把手机收了起来不玩了，然后也不帮忙拿行李，我甚至推三个行李走路都不好走，就看着，也不帮忙，上去办入住的时候也是，态度很一般，然后一路到大堂也没人帮忙推下行李，走的时候也是一样没人帮忙的。ok，如果是现在国产五星标准已经是这样了，那就当我这些抱怨没有吧。
服务也一般般吧，説谢谢没回应。 房间发洒水流特别小，发洒是长方形的，第一天水流很小，小到头发冲半天都不能全湿，然后发洒还只有一半出水，虽然叫工作人员解决的时候效率挺高的，但是也挺那个的。。。
总的来説，好像这个价钱也确实只能这些服务，不过还是有点失望的

Having stayed at many hotels around the world, this is really one of the best. Convenient location, competitive price, nice view, spacious, tastefully and thoughtfully furnish and most importantly excellent service by the staff. The duty manager Sam Zhang was extremely welcoming and helpful. When the food delivery robots were all busy as it’s the peak hours, he personally brought my food up. Mr Allen Jiang from the concierge was also very helpful during my stay from start to end, helping me my parcels and luggages. It’s the best place to stay at in Hangzhou, especially if you are attending a concert or event at the stadiums nearby.

I came to this hotel to see the badminton HSBC World Tour Finals. The hotel was perfectly situated for that, within walking distance. Perfect for a break between sessions, and not having to deal with the crowds and transport rush.
Hotel is clean, room very big, staff friendly.
The garden was gorgeous too. It's a pity I didn't have more time to enjoy the hotel!

The hotel was clean and tidy, our room had a broken shower head and the aircon didnt really cool the room, we suspected the cleaner turned it back to 26 every time they had been in too as it would only be changed after the room was clean, this was probably the only negative. overall the hotel was very good

The executive suite was as spacious as shown in the pictures with great view over the expo centers and landmark building. The rooms were clean and fairly equipped. There was a lot of cabinets to store your belongings. Facilities are good, gym is correctly equipped and very spacious. Bob at the reception was very helpful. One key improvement is the air conditioning, the room was hot and ventilation requires to open the windows to cool down inside the suite, the AC not being functional at that time of the year. The bathroom mirror lights are also very hot which does not help to cool down the room as the saff keeps it swithed on after the cleaning.
Breakfast was fair with a big dining room and choices between western and chinese food options.
The lounge bar is a bit lame. I did not try the Sky Garden, i will try next time.
