酒店位于南宋御街，出门就是南宋御街，景色特别好，离河坊街几步路的距离，离西湖走路15-20分钟左右，离景区都很近，前台超超服务很好，给我们升级房间，酒店房间乾净衞生，体验感非常的好，下次有机会还会再来

The hotel is really great; my husband and I liked it a lot. The rooms are clean and cozy, the staff is friendly, and there's very beautiful. Highly recommended, I will come back here again.

The rooms were a bit dirty and had mold on the ceiling and especially in the bathroom. Also the tapestry was lose in one room. Even worse: when checking in, they gave us a room that already had people in it - and every time we changed the room number this happened again for a total of 3 times. Ended up switching hotels after 1 night. But location is very convenient if you can accept this and get a good price.
