I wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel unless you absolutely have no choice . The only plus point is the location which is along a busy street but again there is another Atour that looks better and also convenient located too. The front desk team is very unprofessional looking and also lack friendliness in attending to customers . They are more interested in talking and bantering with one another rather than checking in customer professionally. They gave me a room which was so ridiculously small and had mould on the walls . When I when down I had to show them the room type I had booked and they said the room is small because there is a balcony.I rejected the room and had to carry my luggage back and forth . In the morning there is one front desk staff that would always come up to the breakfast room and she would start packing food in plastic bags (taking food from the breakfast table for guests) I guess for her own consumption . Very poor image . The security of the public spaces are also very poor because there unsecured access especially the lift lobby is almost available to all (anyone) and only the front desk / reception area is secured . I don’t quite understand the setup because the rooms are only from 7-9th floor and all other floors belong to a shopping center with people smoking in the lobby and in the lifts

简样和冰冰的服务非常好，这次入住体验非常棒！酒店位置便利，前台服务热情周到，办理入住迅速。房间乾净整洁，床品舒适，隔音效果好，一夜安眠。设施齐全，性价比很高，下次还会选择这里！

这是一家有温度的酒店！我们到店停车，前台小美女花花特地来接我们，安排我们去比较宽敞的停车场，并帮我们把行李拿去酒店。当她得知入住第二天是我的生日，马上给我们升级几木家庭房。后来几天，每次看到我们，花花都热情问候，并询问我们是否还有其他的需求，让我们感到非常暖心。当我们退房时，花花和闫焱快速办理了停车费用，闫焱又主动帮我们提行李，一直送到车旁，让我们非常感动。而且，酒店位置优越，离景区都很近，附近餐馆林立，生活很方便，10楼还有一个漂亮的大露台，以后来杭州，还会继续入住！

房间很好 第一天因为入住过晚 没有安排预订的房间 各位小姐姐都积极协调 第二天帮忙更换了西湖view的正确房间 临时的续住需求 浅倩小姐姐也帮忙协调争取了很优惠的价格 大大的赞 下次还会选择
