最大优点这个酒店是公寓地段很好，最大缺点设施陈旧装修很旧，房间大小一般，床品看着干净，睡了很安稳安静，入住方便。

地理位置在市中心！吴中夜市也在酒店下面，到杭州每个景点也方便！ 房间尺寸合理。价格性格比高！值得一赞！

The outside farcade looks like an impressive building. But it is not the main hotel whixh is called Even Hotel. Instead, Yilin is just one of the many independent brand of apartments managed by this apartment management. Altho there is supposedly 24h receiption, it is converted using one of the rooms located at 12-12.
The service is slack, the room is very basic and aged. The only positive thing here is the location is very good and within 10 mins walk to major shopping, sight seeing places like West Lake, and Metro. There are plenty of eateries around, even up to 4am, you can get a BBQ and hotpot supper. The eateries around the hotel are very cheap too. For CNY60, we could get a very generous and complete local breakfast that feeds 8 persons.
This hotel is recommended for single travellers. Not for family comfort. The price is very cheap and hence, we cannot complain.

酒店所处位置好，离西湖边仅500米，酒店后面就是不得不去的中山路，特色餐饮品种丰富。房间乾净，公寓式硬件设施完备，有厨房冰箱微波炉，工作人员贴心服务，热情专业

Good location, walkable distance to in77 and subway exit D. There is a street behind the building, accessible from a side street ( turn left when leaving from the main gate) where there are plenty of good food and local supplies.

我们是10月25日到29日入住酒店的，特惠房，房间内有冰箱，烘碗机，洗衣机，微波炉，特别的是还有晒衣架，对旅行很多天的我们，非常非常的方便。床很大，很好睡，还有一张长沙发，可以好好地休息。房间打扫也很乾净，地理位置很好，出门就有公车站，离地铁走路只需10分钟的路程，20分钟可以走到西湖，旁边还有小型的农贸市场，杭州旅游，这家酒店值得来住，价格也很亲民。

房间地理位置优越，窗外能看见雷峯塔。整个设施很好，门禁齐全，电梯刷卡，确保安全。下楼就有个夜市，一楼还有小超市，非常好

住了两天 整体还是比较满意
1.做了两层小童床在上面，栏杆做的比较到位，还是比较安全，但建议还是6岁以上的才睡上铺
2.没有什么气味
3.比较安静
4.提供了晾衣的架子，小冰箱，微波炉
5.14楼比12楼环境更好，我们住的14楼
6.大床有一点变形，
7.店家提供了详细的出行指南
8.到西湖不远，带小朋友走路也还好
