Great location, the staff members were very helpful. The manager, Mr. Jack Son was very helpful and helped me book my trips to Halong Bay as well as day trip to Ninh Binh… the hotel itself is a little old and hence the rooms are not as modern. However, they are clean and spacious. The hotel is bang in the middle of Hoan Kiem ( Old Quarters) and has many good places to eat and shop and drink close by.

Entrée d’h?tel au milieu entre les gravats des travaux du batiment contigu (bruit dès 7h du mat) et des containers poubelles pleins… lugubre, Pdj affreux (nems froids baignant dans l’huile, café imbuvable). Le gérant devrait prévenir des travaux en amont au lieu de venir au moment du départ vous demander de lui mettre une note de 10/10….! Pour les 80€ payés à cet établissement, il y a partout autour des h?tels magnifiques….oubliez celui ci surtout…!

Le aspettative erano più alte e ciò ogni tanto incide molto sul giudizio finale. La camera puzzava di fumo. Pulizia molto superficiale. Peli, pavimento sporco e puzza di fumo. Posto centrale, personale gentilissimo. Prezzi onesti sia per il cambio e sia per le escursioni. Raccomandabile senza pretese

Um dos melhores locais em que fiquei alojado. N?o me apercebi de uma única falha desde o atendimento, passando pelo quarto, restaurante e localiza??o. Tenho 63 anos e há 40 anos que viajo todos os anos pelo mundo fora ! Vale muito a pena !

Don’t stay here- simple Construction drilliling, and I mean loud, everyday from 8am until 5pm Impossible to stay in your very small room for any period of time Even breakfast is deafening Management did not tell us if this at all pre booking- scandalous Just stay elsewhere

One of the most terrible hotels I have been to. The rooms are dark and narrow, my room had only an internal window. There was construction next to the hotel with noise from early in the morning until late. The breakfast was triste. I do not understand why there a so many good reviews about Golden Sail Hotel. I would not recommend at all.

Never gonna visit this hotel again. Worst experience ever. Was sleeping in my room and another guest was opening my hotel room. After Talking to the reception. They just Said sorry, it was a mistake. A mistake Like that can’t be happening in a hotel. After this experience I wouldn’t recommend someone else to visit this hotel. The imagination that some random people could be in my hotel room when I was away .. just horrible. Can’t trust this hotel.

Het hotel is midden in het oude centrum. Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. schone kamer. Via de manager zijn Tours te regelen of bv ophalen van het vliegveld. Wij hebben alle Tours en transport door hen laten regelen. Heel tevreden, dat heet vakantie en leuk internationaal. Aanrader 10 verdiend

Is okay for price range, but there’s definitely others in the old quarter that might be a littttle bit better. Friendly service and hotel staff helped us book taxi to airport. Breakfast is okay - small buffet option or you can order a few different things. Didn’t seem to have a good variety of of gluten free / vegan options at breakfast. There was a giant cockroach in our room above our door that was hard to look past. Extremely loud construction in the hotel very early in the day Overall the rooms look and smell clean, staff are friendly

Este hotel es una tortura, al lado hay una construcción y los ruidos de martillos, taladros, gritos de los trabajadores comienza exactamente a las 7:30 AM y termina a las 21:00. El ruido es insoportable. Yo jamás hago este tipo de comentarios pero esto es un infierno. La única respuesta del hotel fue NADA, solo le interesa vender tours. Esa fue su única solución para no escuchar ruidos.
