还是不错的，位置特别好，就在还剑湖边上。入住的时候因为孩子的入住政策携程这边弄错了沟通费了点时间，但后面都解决了。

Fantastic service in a beautiful hotel. Wonderful location just next to the scenic lake. Room is sufficiently spacious for single business travel. Not sure if the amenities is good as was not able to use them.

入住最差酒店！设施差，被罩都是开线50公分的，床罩上面都是洞，水壶口全是铁锈，毛巾是隔音棉做的吗？怎么有黑色的部分。服务更是差的没边了，遇到事什么都不管，让送点东西到房间等好久才送来。酒店价格1200一晚就这个服务，东西还贵的要死，一小杯轩尼诗XO要70万越南盾，哪里给的底气！
还是东方翡翠那个酒店好，离的不远，服务一个天一个地！

Great location. Walking distance to every local checkout place in the old town. The hotel was full of lovely Vietnamese art pieces. Room was clean, nice swimming pool and the library with a terrace. We enjoyed the stay very much.
