Great location for early morning flight. Around 30 minutes from hotel to Noi Bai airport. Great service throughout checking in and out. Variety of choice for break fast. Plenty of restaurants near by.

Overall quite good stay at Fraser Suites Hanoi. Room very spacious and clean, good for friends or family. Location quite convenient, and staff also friendly and helpful. Facilities decent and well maintained. Not perfect but definitely worth the price. Will consider staying here again next time.

酒店分两边入口，及两边住宿环境有差异。订了一个晚上，第二天早上要7点出发工作，酒店接待很好，非常贴心，告知可以安排6点之前提供一份早餐给我，因早餐餐厅开6点。

位于西湖步行能到的距离，酒店服务不错设施拎很干净，连着商场还有超市。大堂设有lounge如check-in时间未到可以稍作休息

装修很好，屋内配置很全，有洗衣机喝电磁炉，可以做饭，唯一美中不足，标间床小，应该是 0.9 米左右，服务很好，晚上安静

设施：设施比较齐全。有浴缸，洗衣机，微波炉，电磁炉等。价格偏贵。
衞生：衞生还可以。房间比较乾净整洁。
服务：服务人员比较热情，早餐一般。
环境：酒店内的环境还可以。酒店外面的环境，特别是靠外面马路比较差，户外空气不好。

I had a wonderful experience staying at Fraser Suites Hanoi. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed.
The location is convenient, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, and shops nearby. The facilities—especially the pool and gym—were excellent and added to the overall comfort of the stay.
Overall, a very pleasant and relaxing experience. I would definitely choose Fraser Suites Hanoi again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

非常优秀的饭店！服务人员的服务满分????
虽然早上中途有施工的声音被吵起来，但是回报之后立刻就得到改善，饭店经理也很贴心了写了一封信致歉，还有送我们一些小礼物。下次来河内?的话一定会回访。
