  房间位置不是很喜欢，是一间连通房分开的，其他都还不错，早餐很喜欢，环境也不错，风景很好，还有下午茶。

  这个酒店应该是地标最豪华的酒店了，环境优雅，完全超出想象，尤其是无敌视野和开阔的环境，把河内一览无馀！超级赞！

  We recently stayed at Hanoi Landmark 72 and had a pleasant overall experience. The service was attentive, and the city views from our room were spectacular—especially at night. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of local and international dishes, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, we did notice that some facilities (such as the fitness center and room furnishings) are starting to show signs of aging and could use some updates. Despite this, the hotel’s prime location and efficient service made our stay enjoyable. With a bit of refurbishment, this could easily be a top-tier hotel in Hanoi again. We’d consider staying here in the future, especially if some upgrades are made.

  酒店离老城区有点距离，但建筑物楼下有简易的商店与餐厅，楼层高但电梯速度没有跟上，早餐丰富，除了本地风味，还有韩式口味！

  非常棒的酒店，尤其对商务人士友好。 前台位于62楼，景色极好，71楼的健身房更让人一览众山小。早餐非常丰盛。 旁边楼还有很多饭店，米粉美味。

  柜台接待人员，很好沟通，完全了解房客的各种问题，并给予很好的解决方案。因为班机很早，他们也可协助保证隔天一定有车到机场，也说明可以安排刷卡的计程车，贴心解决问题。
